I recently got my character to level 2 in Artificer, and I was looking through the options for Infusions and the possibilities for Replicate Magical Items for 2nd level isn't quite right. The list given in "Infuse Item" says I can create "Alchemy jug, Bag of holding, Cap of water breathing, Goggles of night, Rope of climbing, Sending stones, Wand of magic detection, Wand of secrets". But when I get to the "Artificer Infusions" part, it gives the options as "Ersatz Eye, Goggles of Night, Illuminator's Tattoo, Masquerade Tattoo, Prosthetic Limb, Rope of Climbing, Spellwrought Tattoo 1st level, Spellwrought Tattoo Cantrip, Wand of Magic Detection, Wand of Secrets" which, half of those things aren't even really items. I've tried accessing it on both my iPad and my PC, but it's the same issue. Is this an old version of the list? Anything I can do to fix it or is this a bug the devs will need to take care of?

All of those things really are actual real magic items. What makes you think they aren’t? They appear on the character sheet in addition to the specific items listed under the Replicate Magic Item infusion because of the following sentence, which you must have missed:
“Alternatively, you can choose the magic item from among the common magic items in the game, not including potions or scrolls.”
Well 1) I wouldn’t consider a tattoo an item in the same sense as a jug. 2) the problem is that they replace what other texts says I can replicate. Note that the second list doesn’t have Sending Stones, Goggles of Night, or Alchemy Jug, for example. And 3) if there are other options, then why doesn’t D&D Beyond’s software let me chose those options?
The key issue here is with the software, not the rules of the game. If the text says I should have certain options, but the software provides differently, then that’s a problem.
Those options are currently not available to you because you don’t have access to them through this site. You have to have purchased the DMG from this site, or be in a campaign with someone who has and in which content is being shared to access those items. Again, the software is fine regarding that particular infusion, you simply haven’t purchased access to those items so cannot access them.
Well 1) I wouldn’t consider a tattoo an item in the same sense as a jug.
You should not rely on what "you consider" and shouldn't be assuming "half of those things aren't even really items" -- items, specifically magic items, are listed in the books as such so they are, for all rule purposes and for D&D Beyond purposes, magic items.

D&D Beyond is implementing the list correctly. The items you are not seeing are in the Dungeon Master's Guide which you evidently have not purchased.
Buy the DMG (or make your artificer in a campaign with content sharing enabled where somebody in that campaign has the DMG) and yourproblem (which is not a D&D Beyond software problem) will be resolved.

If it’s a matter of me not purchasing a book, fine. I’m fairly new to DND and have only used Beyond for 3 campaigns, 2 of which were extremely short. The DMG was shared with me a while ago, I can access its contents through my account, and I assumed that gave me access to those options. However, if I only have those options through purchasing, then why are they listed as if I did have them? Don’t put a list of options in the written instructions in one spot, and then have the available options be different in another spot on the same web page.
That G content that is being shared isn’t being shared “with you,” it’s being shared “within that campaign.” You can only access it specifically on characters that are in the specific campaign in which the content is being shared.
Why are those items listed then? Because they are on the official list of choices in the book, so they get listed on the website.
Artificer was made available in the Eberron and Tasha books. These are "extensions" they "add" to the game with the expectation you will have the core books (PHB, MM and DMG). All additional books will work under this assumption so they may have lists featuring spells, items and such that feature things in the core books.

does it have to be the 2014 dmg? I own the 2024 dmg here but there is no alchemy jug on my artificer list of replicate magic items
Artificer has not been updated to 2024 so it will only list 2014 items.

Old topic, but for what it's worth I have a whole heap of source books, and can look up various items directly on DnDBeyond without issue - ie they're not blocked or anything, and don't tell me I need a source book to view - however the Artificer Replicate Magic Item list in Character creation/management is just completely wacky.
Currently, have to add a bunch of Notes in the character sheet to explain what's going on, and manually add the replicated item to the character inventory.

Sounds like stuff is being shared with you but you're making the character outside of the campaign that has sharing, so you can view the books etc but cannot use the options in the character sheet itself. The resolution being make the character in the campaign.

For Replicate Magic Item, the drop-down doesn't list Bag of Holding, Rope of Climbing, Cloak of the Manta Ray, etc, etc, the list goes on ... or doesn't, in this case.
You'll also need "2014 Core Rules" enabled for that character in order to see those items.

For Replicate Magic Item, the drop-down doesn't list Bag of Holding, Rope of Climbing, Cloak of the Manta Ray, etc, etc, the list goes on ... or doesn't, in this case. The list is borked and doesn't match up with the Artificer character page: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/tcoe/artificer#ReplicableItems2ndLevelArtificer
