Same here. I've got the little "owned content" symbol next to it on the purchase page, and I made sure to have all the sources toggled on as well. But it still doesn't show up under my list of races, even when I refresh the page.

Just to clarify - the Tortle race is found in the following sourcebooks:
The Tortle Package
Explorer's Guide to Wildemount
You can also purchase it individually from the page for the Tortle Package.
Yes I can see these things but in the character creation tab it doesn't show it as a selectable race
Do you have both non-core D&D and Critical Role turned on (right/red) on the home page of the builder? I think you only need non-core turned on, but if that doesn’t do it, try added critical role.
I had this problem and it turned out that I had purchased the tortle monster stats from the tortle package instead of the tortle race which is further down on the page.

I have literally every option for allowing stuff turned on, and I still can't choose Tortle as a Race. Yes, I paid for the Tortle race as well.
