I've just made a 7th level DB HB and when ive added spells it only shows them as their 4th lvl spell slots. I've tried remaking and all sorts of things.https://ddb.ac/characters/12275625/SrjLMO is the link to the character

Warlocks, like all spellcasters, get 5th level spells on reaching class level 9. There's a table in the class that tells you this. I will include it here with my hastily added highlights:

With warlock, you get a very limited number of spell slots (2 at 7th level). However, when casting spells using those slots, a warlock always casts the spell at their "Spell Slot Level" (4th at 7th level).

That is why you only see two 4th level slots, and no 1st, 2nd or 3rd. When you cast Comprehend Languages (a 1st level spell with no higher level cast scaling) it still uses up that 4th level slot. But Counterspell is also always cast at 4th level, and not 3rd, so it auto-counters level 4 spells and less, instead of level 3.
