Hi there. I am trying to purchase the Player's Handbook and keep running into a wall. I have attempted this on both Chrome and Edge with both browsers spitting the same issue back at me. After entering my purchasing info, selecting Paypal, and finally flicking "Place My Order", I get a pink banner at the top of the page that states "There was an error completing the transation."
I'd really like the purchase the handbook via beyond. Any help would be appreciated.
(Side note: I just realized that error message is misspelling transaction, as well. Just a heads up!)

I looked around the support site. Didn't see anything relevant to my issues so I created a post in the pretty much dead "support" community on zendesk.
This isn't really a billing or purchasing issue, though. It definitely appears to be a back-end issue with the site. I guess I'll wait and see what pops up. Was looking forward to having a legitimate digital copy of the player's handbook...
EDIT: Also, subscription purchase went through fine...
I can’t make any purchases I’ve tried purchasing bundles, individual books, subscriptions everything I’ve tried multiple bankcards, multiple credit cards and PayPal and I cannot get past the checkout page I’ve tried it on my phone on my iPad and my computer. So you guys are having similar issues? Has anyone figured out a Solution to this problem I’ve been waiting four days for contact Support to get back to me.

The last time this thread was used was August 2017. They are no longer having these issues.
Are you running a VPN, adblocker, or browser extensions? Those can often interfere with purchases.

I am also having this issue. Do we know if anyone has been able to use PayPal?
If you're using your full state, try using your 2 letter state abbreviation. I have no idea why the box doesn't have a forced character limit.
