I made a monk for a oneshot and upon exporting the character to a PDF I saw two entries under "weapon attacks and cantrips" for unarmed strikes. These two entries are the exact same. This additional unarmed strike is not visible on the online character sheet.
It also has an entry for flurry of blows which might also be a bit unnecessary.
Every Monk ends up with two unarmed strikes. They get the regular one that everyone gets and they get the one from Martial Arts. If you pick up a shield, you lose the Martial Arts unarmed strikes but can still use the regular one if you want to. And Flurry of Blows is it’s own separate thing as a Bonus Action, and so is also listed. There should also be the standard non-Flurry Bonus Action unarmed strike granted by Martial Arts as well.
Now, how all of that comes out in the PDF I don’t know, I gust use the interactive character sheet.

Let me know if more information is required.
