First, make sure your entitlements are in sync at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace second, make sure you're using the campaign invite link, as the character has to be in the campaign where sharing is enabled.

I ended up having to pick a Tortle Homebrew race out of the homebrew section. There are two, and one is different than the race in the book, so be careful to get the right one.
This actually REALLY pisses me off, that DNDBeyond, hasn't cleared this up by now. I purchased the package for the SOLE reason of using it in character creation, and there is no way to do so. My account is In-Sync, I checked, and I have every friggin toggle turned on. (almost even turned on coin weight, but I DOUBT that would help. I am usually quite impressed by DNDBeyond. But this is a black eye on their track record...

Did you purchase the Tortle race or the NPC/Monster Stat block? They're both in the Tortle Package so it's possible you bought the stat block instead.

I have just purchased the Tortle Bundle. I cannot pick the Tortle Race because it does not appear in the Race list.
Help would be appreciated.

D&D Beyond FoundersPlease make sure that you have enabled the toggle for "Noncore D&D Content" in character preferences.

The tortle race is not in SRD.
There is a book titled "The Tortle Package" that you will have to purchase if you want to use the Tortle race. You can find it linked here.

I'm in the same boat. My DM purchased the Turtle Package and shared with me. All options enabled in character creator. Still no Tortle race option.

how do you use the tortle I spent 2 dollars to get it indivigly and yet i can't use it any edvice
