Hopefully, Dnd Beyond staff is still watching this thread. Would be very useful for my players if Limited Uses of Monks (ki points), bards (bardic inspiration dice) and sorcerers (sorcery points)... and perhaps other class limited uses... would be more visible on main character sheet, not "hidden" under the Limited Use tab. Seems many players search for it during play, which bogs down the game.
My players are finding it rather difficult to use as some of the options arent available yet and it's just a bit confusing for them maybe implement a more beginner-friendly method in the future? Keep up the good work though!
Is there any way to include an additional ASI at 1st level?
As ASI, no. But you can manually increase stats for the character; or you can add a feat from the character sheet. (In the Features & Traits section find the Manage Feats button and you can add/remove additional feats not granted by a class / racial feature)

You could also homebrew a copy of either the race or subclass and add the ASI in there.

Any specifics? WHAT do they find hard to use? At issue is that 5E offers gazillions of options to customize characters, so making it "beginner friendly" without taking away options is not an easy task.
How about a way to add ongoing spell effects like bless? Ive tried creating magic items to equip but i cant get it to seem to work, doesn't show the bonus on the sheet nor does it do anything when i use the built in die roller.
I'm honestly surprised this isn't a feature here yet. SO many ongoing things it would work for - bless, conditions, etc. Click and enable the effects is kind of the POINT of an automated sheet. I made a custom feat for my barbarian rage to enable the bonuses. You do need to go into Manage Feats and turn it on and off though - which you can't do yet in the app, only online.

It's been mentioned in the past that this is a feature the D&D Beyond team would love to support. They choose not to give ETAs, but it's certainly already on their radar. In the meantime, your magic item trick is one that many use (I do it myself all the time). If you're having trouble getting the items you create to work properly, the Homebrew forum would likely be happy to help you figure out the solution!

Magic items are a much easier way to represent temporary effects on a character sheet. I typically create mine as Artifacts, so that they are at the top of the Inventory page and stand out as easily toggled effects!
Could Divination Wizards get a place to put their Portent rolls in the portent ability itself? It has two use boxes, but I've got to find somewhere else to write down what the rolls actually were at the beginning of the day.

There isn't really any existing way to conveniently allow for portent entry directly within the feature (and so one that woudn't require a major change to the character sheet). The best way I can (personally) currently envision a "solution" is to have multiple actions with 20 charges each, which would allow a player to manually set the "number" rolled on each portent die. I imagine this would be rather confusing and not at all ideal for general use, but you might attempt this yourself (using homebrew items, a feat, or a copy of the School of Divination subclass). Otherwise, it's likely recommended to track these within the Notes section of your character sheet.
Actually, there's already a dead simple way to record your portents. Click on the Portent ability on the action tab, hit 'Customize,' and change the name from 'Portent' to 'Portents: #, #' -- using the notes you'd still have to click into the sidebar to see them, but by changing the name they're right there on the sheet. And as it's free text, it still works when you get more.
I am struggling with my Known spell list in the character builder. Basically, it shows all spells when my character is supposed to know, for example, just 4. The solution to have it prepared is misleading, as it doesn't give me the chance to know it but don't have it prepared for that day. Why not simply letting us edit the Known Spell List in the builder? It should VERY easy? Is there something I am missing?

Casters such as clerics and paladins know all their spells and can prepare any from the list each day. That's how they work per the rules
Noted. Thanks a lot. Very useful information. It feels a little weird all clerics knowing the same though... maybe there is an opportunity to improve this further...

That would be feedback for Wizards of the Coast, who make the game, not D&D Beyond

All clerics get access to all the standard Cleric spells. (Almost as if it was some Divine Gift). And some Cleric Domains give access to some additional spells that other Clerics can't access.

Don't want to take this off topic, but it's worth noting that having an option and using an option aren't necessarily the same thing; just because clerics mechanically have access to every spell doesn't mean they really know them all, and chances are there'll be a bunch of spells you'll never prepare, let alone use. You can also think of it as the deity knowing the spells, and the cleric can beseech them for the aid they require, because that's more like how their magic actually functions, compared to a wizard who actually properly learns each spell.

Is there a way to make the box size for the character sheet taller? by "box size" I mean the window/container/border that hold all of the interactable segments, so we do not need to use two or more scroll bars on the one page?
