It would be so helpful for those of us that enjoy discussing and debating rules with each other if there could be some way of viewing or navigating to a particular page number from the physical books.
So often someone will quote a page number and I'm left with only one response: "I use DDB, could you give me the chapter and section?"
It would be nice to be able to group characters into folders. I DM a few campaigns and play in a few others. I would love to be able to group my characters up into PCs, NPCs, OneShots, etc.
Pretty sure this must have been posted - but would be great for a toggle feature to toggle on/off "proficiency dice" variant if one wanted to use in in their campaign
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Monsters I made or adapted from other sources for use here.
I would really like to be able to use "Slow Natural Healing" from the DMG, or as someone pointed out before, just make it so you can have a long rest without automatically healing.
Would be nice to have a way to roll ability checks and toggle on proficiency. As it is, there's no good way to make tool checks (or skill checks against the "wrong" ability) other than adding in modifiers manually, which isn't ideal. Online die rollers thrive on transparency.
Please add Vitality tracking! I really like the Unearthed Arcana Optional Rule: Vitality, and I would love to see some automatic support built-in. The system already basically can do it with the "Other Modifier" or "Override Field" for Constitution, but putting a Vitality Points tracker in the HP window and the option of having damage auto-deduct vitality would be a great feature addition.
Summary
Put a "Vitality Points" field in the "HP Management" Window, perhaps even the default view in the Character Sheet
Code the field to populate the VP value directly into the Constitution "Override Score" field
Have the Heal/Damage applicator automatically restore or deduct VP based the amount of damage taken/healed (the option can be turned off in the window similar to the Short Rest options).
I'd like to request a homebrew option to create homebrew stat allocation methods.
I don't use the base methods anymore, and I have my own, and while I can use the manual allocation, it would be a lot better to have a spot to program different options.
I make a thousand mistakes a day and sometimes it feels like I have to create a character inside the campaign for it to exist. When running for others it limits their options I would like to be able to take the character that they are looking to create maybe they've already made it on their own and allow them to physically move it into the campaign they want it in. there is also the option that I may be stupid, and this is already a feature if so please explain it to me like I am 5 because I am not good with reading.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, it sound like you are asking how to allow a player to add their character to your campaign. Is this correct?
If so, that is what the link is for (upper-right when viewing the campaign). You send them the link, and when they click on it they can choose which of their characters to add and boom, they're in.
If that's not what you were asking, I'm sorry that I wasn't helpful.
Yes and no. Like I personally would like to sequester certain characters I create as NPCs or the like into a campaign so that I can organize my own and as for the others that makes sense I think as I have the account with the most books it has been a minute since I have been on the signing up side.

to add your own characters to a campaign, copy the campaign link, paste it into the url bar of a web browser, and hit return. Does that help?
Not sure if this has already been requested / suggested (although I doubt I'm the first one to think of this), but it would be amazing if Monster Stat Blocks could be updated so that limited use abilities (such as spells), had a togglable checkbox for tracking slots used in the Encounter Builder / Combat Tracker... Something like the below:
Additionally / Alternatively - it would also be great if we could also add these checkboxes to homebrew monster stat blocks, just like we can add rollable buttons for "To Hit", "Damage", etc...

Don't get your hopes up. Old Unearthed Arcana ideas that never made it into print are basically dead (i.e. playtested, received feedback, and discarded.) This Vitality system is from 2015, so unless WotC somehow decides to resurrect the idea, it'll never be official content and thus unlikely to be supported by D&D Beyond... which WotC now owns.
That being said, I'd love to see customizable trackers somewhere on the digital character sheet. Right now, I have to create custom items in the inventory to track certain things like the Piety score. But it might not be the most intuitive location for such trackers.
Been mentioned a few times, but would love to see the advantage/disadvantage option when customizing a skill on the digital character sheet (among other available options currently shown). Also... make all the skills marked with "D" and roll with disadvantage when exhaustion level 1 is toggled on.
+1, I've had players losing magical items since they were looking for color vs. the name
Id like to see a toggle by the AC window to click off/on the use of a shield.

I think this might be something that could happen with WoTC purchasing D&D Beyond. It would make play testing UA material so much easier.

you can untick the reset maximum hit points box when you take a long rest which prevents auto healing
I would also love to be able to make character sheets for sidekicks

That only prevents resetting your maximum hit point overrides, you will still heal up to whatever your max HP is.
