I have a request that we be able to customize the order in which feature display on the character sheet. Right now all of a character’s features get listed in alphabetical order, so my Goblin Battle Master’s Maneuvers are all mixed together with all of the rest of his features like Disarming Strike is above Fury of the Small, while others are below it. It would be nice if I could put all of his maneuvers together at the bottom of the list for ease of reference. Would that be something doable? Any way to let us pick the display order of the character’s features on the sheet?

You can "filter" by Race vs. Class features, that helps some, but I agree having more choice/flexibility would be a good thing.
Yeah, I’m aware of that. Under “features” they all get grouped together as Maneuvers, but when looking at the “Actions” they are mixed in with everything else in alphabetical order.
I would like to see an option to view the Map of the level you are on in the margin under the navigation box. As I read through the Mad Mage, it would be nice to have a small map in the margin to reference at a glance.
Unsure if it has been brought up but i had a thought or request during the most recent D&D Beyond Update Stream on Twitch. With the intended improvements to the Inventory list, there are a couple things i am curious or want to make sure gets thought about. When you buy a cart, said card should be able to be used as inventory. but i was wondering with the new encounter functions that are coming down the line could we make sure to incorporate a "Accessable/Not Accessible" Button to the carts or such? The reason behind this is if you enter a dungeon and leave your cart outside, it'd be nice to just have a function to gray out or remove a set of things from your inventory and then add them all back when you reunite with your cart. this is probably really high level and pointless in the long run as a character can ensure to keep good note keeping but still a thought.
Along with that is there any thought or imput we could get for "Custom" Carts? Have ones that are faster than some, some that are more durable or such? I know again a DM decision could fix this but it would be interesting to see even if the stats of the cart was randomized you would need "Capacity, Durability, and Speed"
If these have been brought up, I can try and read through the multiple pages i was just wondering if it all had been thought about.

The first part of that is, in a sense, on the long-term roadmap, under "Inventory Management Enhancements": https://ddb.ac/feature-roadmap
Though I don't know if your specific suggestions around customizations and "accessible"/"not accessible" buttons are currently part of that plan.
The past several times I have been searching for monsters for adventures, I find myself having to filter out the less serious content from Acquisitions Inc. and Rick and Morty. Could we have a filter option that excludes rather than includes content? It would be much easier than clicking on everything to allow in my searches. Or perhaps a switch to filter out content I have not purchased. Or even new Source Categories that separate them? Maybe something like: Core D&D, Adventures, FR, Eberron, Magic the Gathering, Humorous Content.
Mark items as favorite (magic items, monsters, etc...) Would love to mark things as favorite, perhaps by clicking a star, and have those favorites readily available when I need to reference them. I often find myself searching for things over and over. Sometimes I find a monster I want to remember for a campaign. Or maybe some magic items that I want to award players. But right now I have to search for them over and over.
I apologize if this is the incorrect place to ask this question. Is there any way to make some of my private home brewed stuff hidden from the players in my campaign until I unhide/publish those items/spells/etc.?

I think you can do so by removing it from your collection. it will still show up in your creations.

Easier to do this by bookmarking the pages in your browser and creating bookmark folders for campaigns, players, encounters, etc.

While that's an option for those only using it on a single device (and specifically in a web browser), it would be nice to have such functionality built into the site itself as well (and have such "favorites" associated with your account, so it could be synced across devices/platforms).
I pre purchased the Critical Role book today, and was playing around with the character sheet borders. My internet was also a little slow because I was downloading some major updates for my other games but as I was playing with the backdrops and borders I noticed, for the first time, and was able to fully appreciate the art of those new backdrops from Wildemount. Because my internet was slow, in between switches of borders, I would see this:
Coincidentally, earlier in the day I browsed upon a thread here of people requesting that they could download the backdrops for them to use as wallpapers or fully appreciate. I thought: well, MtG has alternate card arts that range between full card arts, to stained glass art and such. Why can't we have alternate Character sheet borders for DnD? I'd be glad to purchase those as an add-on feature or I'd be more inclined to pre-purchase a new book knowing I'd get a special themed character sheet as a pre-purchase bonus.
It opened up a whole new spectrum of things that could be added. I've had to share character sheets with friends sometimes and they'd see that my backdrop was different or that my borders were a nicer color only to be asked how or where I got it.
I wanted to ask if Sandy Petersen‘s Cthulhu Mythos for 5e is going to be added here once. It‘s a really nice blend with the Lovecraftian Horror and has a handful of new Subclasses, Races and Spells (I would be very happy to use here).

Is there any chance this will come?
The general answer regarding third-party content is that there are usually licensing issues involved that complicate things, particularly if the content has been published elsewhere already.
Yes, I thought so. But does that mean they don’t even try third party content or is it case dependent? I mean it couldn’t hurt asking Petersen Games, could it? 😬
Well for now I can create what I need in private Homebrew, right?

You can create public homebrew of it, yes; just don't try to publish it.
Adding 3rd party content requires a three way agreement: between WOTC, DDB, and the third party. I don't know if they've an attempts to do so yet or not.
From where I sit, though there is another consideration: at the moment, according to Adam Bradford/Badeye (head of DDB) 50% of their development time is spent on converting new content from Wizards of the Coast. That is eating into their time/resources to fix long-standing bugs, add features from their roadmap to the service, and add optional official rules (like spell points). Committing to adding third part material to the site would take even more development resources from those projects. They are working on finding ways to reduce how much development time new content takes, but that will take some time, I think.

Third party content requires establishing an agreement between D&D Beyond (that they want to distribute the content), Wizards of the Coast (they want the content distributed along side their official content), the creator (they want their content distributed) and the creators current publishers (they want another company distributing content that they've already got distribution rights for).
Generally the hardest part would be the WotC and publisher side of things; WotC has a brand image to maintain and they don't want 3rd party content affecting that. The publishers paid money for distribution rights and so don't want to give that away
Always on Notes The "Notes" that one can add to a prepared spell. I'd like to be able to add that to all spells, even those not prepared. I use this section to describe the verbal, somatic and visualisation fluff of the spell.
Rules not fluff in creation tools In item creation I'd like a clear separation of rules text (shields provide +1 AC) from fluff (shields are made of wood or steel), and in fact in terms of item creation I don't want autogenerated fluff added thanks. My shield is made of "insert awesome not wood and not steel material here thanks".
Character focussed campaign image gallery Of course one can host images anywhere but there is merit in keeping everything together with one's character. I can imagine uploading character portraits, maps my character has drawn, important pages from their journal, etc. A cap on how big and total available space makes sense with export and delete tools so as to be able to manage the bloat, but in the same way the DM has notes and images on the campaign, it'd be nice to be able to post images to one's character recording their observations of their growth or progress.
