So far, the only option I know is to add each character manually to the character sheet.
This is the only option.

Is it really possible? How to do it? I can add an existing language to the race. Of course, I can write a custom language in the description table, but this will not add it to the block of languages.

That's what I'm referring to. The character sheet has to have it written in. While it's not a perfect solution on the DM side, it means they *can* still be added to the sheet, making it a lower priority than any bugs.
Things like this just kill me - not even for characters but for NPCs. I want to add my Underleague Code right to their drop-down menu as a write-in or as some kind of background or feat sub-feature, but it still doesn't exist. I'd also like to be able to homebrew my own medieval Mad Max vehicles, which remains not a direct feature.
As of November 19th, 2025, a whole FIVE YEARS LATER AFTER THIS WAS ASKED, and it's STILL not possible because they choose to be lazy and refuse to do jack-all about it because they don't like homebrew.

It's not laziness or refusal. They are a small team who are required to prioritise new books and new, bigger, things they must implement, larger background changes, bug fixes, security updates and more. They're not going to stop all that just to focus on this specific request for a slightly more convenient way to do something you can already do. If making a species, just add a note to say "this language is not supported, please add manually on sheets". If not a species and just a new language in the campaign the DM can tell players "this language is also available, if you want to take it leave it blank in character creation and add it on sheet manually". The user of the sheet can just add the language on their sheet in all of 20 seconds or less - something they will only do once per character - usually only once in the whole campaign.
Homebrew languages would be spiffy but it is not some deeply needed tool. You can add whatever you want as a language directly on the sheet. It's not a big deal. The devs are extremely busy with far bigger priorities than saving a player 20 measly seconds.

2025 and still nothing
Praying to the Hasbro Gods to give us this option soon.
This really should be a thing...
