On Tuesday December 8th the team will be updating the way the Ranger class feature "Favored Enemy" is implemented on D&D Beyond. This will fix the issue where characters with more than one Favored Enemy do not have them all displaying on the character sheet, and as well with the "Favored Foe" OCF (Optional Class Feature) presented in the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything sourcebook that is not displaying correctly. This update will solve those two issues and let these features display fully and correctly!
This update is something Ranger players have long deserved, and will give our users a much better experience. However when this change takes place there will be a small impact on Ranger character sheets. Once the update happens, any Rangers from 1st-5th level will need to reselect the additional language that is associated with your Favored Enemy. For Rangers who are 6th level or higher you will need to reselect the additional language associated with your 1st level pick of Favored Enemy, and you will need to reselect the favored enemy and associated language granted at 6th level and 14th level (if relevant).
Nothing else will be changed/altered on your character sheet, and once you repick those few options in the character builder your Favored Enemy/Favored Foe will display fully and correctly! But we wanted to give everyone a heads up a few days before this happened, so you will not be surprised having to spend a few seconds repicking those options. Also once this change has happened it will be permanent, there's no way to roll the characters back to what they were before.
Working for me now. However, the functionally is very limited. Interested to see where they go with this as they make improvements now that it works.
I don’t like having to go into the character editor to change the beast type every time I take a long rest. Also, it would be nice to have the companion show up under the extras tab with other creatures like mounts and familiars.
Okay, but beyond staff aren't going to be updating in this thread (it was made by a user) - so as Lauren said following the main support thread is your best option
I can update this thread. The Primal Beast is available! Turn it on through optional class features, and its HP will show up in your features (both through the bonus actions and the regular feature sheet). Click on it for details and you can see the stat block. Thread done! You have to change it through the 'edit' page, but it's all good!
I'm so happy about these Ranger changes! I'm remaking my first character ever (d&d 3.5 circa 2005) with these new options and I'm beyond extatic. The only thing I missed in the Primal Companion section was it's actions and features whithout having to open the feature description to see the statblock. I agree with the need to change to the other primal companions without having to edit the character.
I would still like to have the companion stats in the Extras section, and if they give us the option to use the image of another beast in the statblock I would cry.
it now works. you can't change beast option from the character sheet screen, but you can now find your primal companion's stat block, calculated ac, and calculated, adjustable hp under the "features and traits" screen, as well as part of your bonus action options.
Also having this issue, playing a beast master for that specific reason. Am I just missing the individual selection? If so, this seems like a rather large oversight seeing as it the part that actually makes the beast master a viable character to run.

please Read the thread, especially the post by oboe Lauren (in red above) and the post immediately above yours. If you still have questions, please be specific about the issue you are having with the primal companion.
I'm still not seeing the lrimal companion. Was this ever fixed?
Primal companion info is in the feature description. when a system to support it is developed, it will be noted on the second post of the thread, below as was noted in post # 21 above.
Once you've built your beastmaster ranger, you must also enable optional features to be turned/toggled on, then move over to your class tab and go to the options subtab, it'll be there to toggle on.
Hi everyone, as was posted the best thread to watch is the the Tasha's Issues Thread: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/87774-tashas-cauldron-of-everything-issues-and-support
The Primal Companion is being worked on and will be updated in that thread.
Favored Enemy and Favored Foe are being updated on Tuesday, details are here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/news-announcements/90361-updates-to-ranger-characters
Once again I recommend following the Tasha's Thread for updates!

We do follow the Tasha's Thread, but this is such a specific portion that many of us wanted to follow it separately.

Is there any update on the revised BM not working??
