I'd like to see more & better communication from the devs.
More transparency on what is being actively worked on and prioritized.
A more alive Changelog that isn't after-the fact, but updated bi-weekly, or as specific fixes requested or that have been brought to the devs' attention are done.
And some kind of mid-term to long-term goal being publicly set on getting all of the site's existing content/products working as intended(especially 3pp), fulfilling all pre-buyout promises, & making sure products & services work before selling them, not after.

I would like D&D Beyond to actually deliver what I purchased.
I appreciate that I can contact support via email, but it is pointless if no one replies to me and settles the issue. So, I would like to be able to hear back from a human being who works for D&D Beyond so that I could resolve the issues I have and perhaps justify the money I have spent on purchases.
Bring back everything that was around before Hasbro aquired the website and remove everything that has been 'updated' since. Have values that foster friendship instead of catering to minority and moderating dissent. Make a system and website service that puts the customers first and enables people to have the best game of D&D they can have. Bring back individual purchases so people can use it as a character builder like it was intended. Make buying the book and digital bundles easier when not located in the USA. Have more moderators for a fairer system. Have ways to customise dice. Focus on the monster and combat functions of the site instead of dedicating every resource to Sigil. Make it so that you don't need to request from customer service to get a discount when buying an old book. Better communication from the developers and corporate on the direction of the game. Ability to add custom classes to the homebrew section. More physical game products that work with the platform, like electronic dice. Ability to set character limits as a DM on a campaign page, for character created within that campaign. Have a friend list to more easily connect with previously played with players (from a campaign page). Ability to upload a character from a Beyond PDF sheet. Make the app work as well as the website. I could go on ...
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
DM subscriber since I joined this website. Ended my subscription June 2024 due to the removal of individual purchases. Was the only reason I ever bothered with this website. I use it for character building for my players and occasional referencing. I don't want digital books that can be removed whenever the company sees fit.
January 2025: seems it was a correct move. They're removing 2014 content that we paid for in lieu of their new version of the game. You only rent content on here, never own.
Besides colors, can we label or add condition rings (color codes) to the maps features. Also can we add the pattern to the ring or the over the token to have the ability to have multiple conditions to it. (I.e. skull, poison, shocked)
Honestly another want I would love. Searching game rules sections like: Monsters, spells, magic items, and limiting the search to just content I own/access to without having to flip like 20 toggles myself Everytime. I think currently you can make a filter and bookmark for later but that's not dynamic.
I want to see the monks get more reactions. They are supposed to be able to counter/block/parry an incoming attack and still be about to do their attack. Just watch Ip Man. All the good ones are attacking and blocking a dozen times in six seconds.
Allow me to Filter all of the "Browse" categories, (Spells, Monsters etc.) by edition or date created. I'd like to be able to look up HB stuff that has come out after the 2024 books.
It's been said before and denied before but I'm going to repeat it for the Nth time:
I want my physical copies of the rule books to have accessible PDF assets at no cost. I spent good money on these, some after the aquisition of Beyond by WotC and if the rumors about them going entirely virtual are true this only increases my desire for this, particularly since many of these materials are going to be increasingly less valid/viable with the newer, beefier materials that are coming out for both players and GMs.
i, like many, am missing the 2014 invocations that didn't make it into 2024's phb, especially as many of them were favourites of mine. however, many of those invocations were made available in xgte and tasha's, specifically Aspect of the Moon Cloak of the Flies Far Scribe Ghostly Gaze Gift of the Everliving Ones Grasp of Hadar Improved pact weapon Lance of Lethargy Maddening Hex Relentless Hex Shroud of Shadows Tomb of Levistus Tricksters Escape & Undying Servitude, as well as all of the Pact of the Talisman stuff from Tashas.
as the 2024 classes were supposed to be backwards compatible to the earlier books, we should be able to still use this invocations, right? but unless we add them all manually theres no way to add those to a 2024 warlock on dndbeyond. this feels like a very difficult and frankly disingenuous way of maintaining "backwards compatibility" and honestly, why the hell would i switch to 2024 rules if half the good invocations are just gone??
dndbeyond and wotc in general has gone down the toilet...
Hate to sound like a broken record.....BUT, bring back a la carte purchases. That is really the only way I've been able to purchase anything off this site without wasting money on content that I will never look at
The ability to filter out Species and everything else from my sheet. I'm in a campaign based on 2014 books and bringing all that stuff in is going to complicate things to no end. And also bring back a la carte purchases. I see no reason why I can't buy what I need from the books, instead of buying the entire book. I don't need half that stuff to make a character.

Give us back subclasses!
...every class has at least four subclasses on D&D Beyond
pronouns: he/she/they

Integrated and Robust Campaign Management like that found in Legendkeeper.com.
Customer support.
Search that works!!!
Adventurer's League preset for character builder (unless it's there and I missed it)

I meant wizard and cleric.
Also, subraces.
