If I preorder physical and digital bundle for Europe will I get the early access on D&D Beyond?
According to the article about it:
"D&D Beyond users with a Master Tier subscription will get early access to each book weeks before they hit stores. The 2024 Player's Handbook, for example, becomes available to them on September 3. Hero Tier subscribers get early access on September 10. Your digital copy will unlock player options, monsters, and more in D&D Beyond’s suite of tools, including the Character Builder, Encounter Builder, virtual tabletop Maps, and more."
So if you've got a digital copy pre-ordered and a subscription, you'll get early access on the appropriate dates.
So, like. What is the incentive for EU players toPre-Order the books? The US players get a nice bundle of all three books (diigital+physical) with a 60$ discount. But in the EU store you need to buy the three books separately (digital+physical x3), without any discount or anything considering the pre-order status. So, EU is a scecond category of players for DnD Beyond, as I understand it? (it was the same last year, or was it earlier this year?, when the US copies had I think 40% discount, and EU had only 20% discount, and the prices of the books were much higher than in the US as well, of course...)

Not an expert here - I can only imagine it has something to do with the pricing involved with physical shipping makes things messy outside of the US as every country will be different. Not saying it's fair or anything but it's just one of the advantages of living in the US (shrug).

If an American orders the Core Bundle - he pays $90 extra to get the physical books compared to just getting the content on Dndbeyond. If a European orders the same bundle, he pays $119 extra. It makes the solution simple to me: I will not buy the physical books, they must be insane. $29 difference in shipping costs - HA!

This seems to not have worked out this way. Between books being available at Conventions and being able to get the alternate covers and standard covers in some ways already even before the update went active on DNDBeyond. While those that preordered the Physical and Digital bundles, sit and wait for theirs to arrive sometime around or after 9/17. Seems like if the Players Handbook was going to be available at these various events, the Preorders should have had theirs in hand around that same time.
The digital books are a rip off. There are so few new changes that it could have just been an update. I knew the artificer was going to be left out but now that I see truly how little was added it seems lazy to not have added them. Instead I bet they will be saved for a later book that we have to purchase to get content we already have just slightly tweaked.
Has there been anything new on people buying the physical books and getting access to the data online? Or do we need to buy and physical and digital ones?

Short answer is no. The only thing that's really changed is that you can now buy bundles that contain the Digital and Physical copies of certain 2024 Rulebooks directly through the D&D Beyond Marketplace.

why does the FAQ look like its giving hope to people that they will eventually be able to convert hardcover to digital unlocks? Its like hey we want you to double dip but if people dont then maybe we will make the change
Are à la carte purchases of subclasses, feats, and other game listings no longer available? While they are no longer available for purchase, any such items that you've previously purchased will continue to be available for use on D&D Beyond.
While TRUE, they certainly haven't made access to the book page of stuff you have purchased easy to pull up. You basically have to know exactly what you've purchase and look it up individually using the search function.

No, you don't.
Just go to All Sources (Sources > View All Sources | https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources) and in the box type in "library". Now you see everything you have unlocked.

Question, and perhaps it's already been answered I just haven't seen it: but I purchased and own the digital version of the 2014 phb on my account several years ago, however, now it's not showing up as being in my library. And when I try to access some of the rules, I am sent to the marketplace page where I can purchase the book. However, I should already own it. Is there something that happened to our exiting 2014 online sourcebooks when the 2024 phb came out that I missed? I should still own the digital book, correct?

First question, have you already checked that your entitlements are in Sync? From this page:
'To check your Account Entitlements, navigate to the Licenses tab in your profile. If they're out of sync, you'll see a notification indicating this along with a button to Sync My Entitlements.'

I did just take a look at that and it says my entitlements are in sync, and I didn't see the 2014 PHB in the list of my current product licenses.
You should still have access to your books. If you synced your entitlements and still do not see it, then I would open a support ticket. It could be several possible things, including accidentally creating a second account somewhere along the way (like when some users log in with Apple to hide email addresses) and then do purchases there. It could be something entirely different. Support will get you sorted though, but it isn't quick. So be patient.
