Revisions/updates to the sorcerer to make the class more interesting and less under-powered.
Class far from underpowered... Seriously wizards feels much more underpowered then sorcerer. Meta magics are that strong. And most casters i do are multiclassed sorcerer.

I would like to see the Artificer and Mystic brought to reality. Planescape sounds fun, though I wouldn't mind a Spell Jammer Campaign Guide. I would like to see more in-depth Physical copies of the "PlaneChase" stuff. Aetherborne are really cool, and blending MTG and DND seems very neat. A Joke book that brings in some of Hasbro's other IP's. Something silly like Heman or MLP. All the UA Content Brought to Dnd Beyond. (Probably with notations on things that have updated or official versions.)
Mentioned before but Planetscape, offline access to DnD Beyond, and I do like the idea of a campaign in a city. I would also really like to see a comprehensive and easy to use D&D App.

Sure, a multi-class sorcerer may not be under-powered, but a single class one is. I seem to recall in a fairly recent survey that sorcerers where one of the least searched classes on this site. That would seem to indicate that they are not that popular. If they were so much better than a wizard, most people would choose them.

They also have fewer options at the moment, which I think contributes to their relative disfavor with players, but DO NOT say that the data indicates they are weaker because they are played less often. Correlation vs Causation is something to always be mindful of with surveys.

"Where words fail, swords prevail. Where blood is spilled, my cup is filled" -Cartaphilus
"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
Dragonlance setting as well, which would likely add a bunch of specific sub-classes to cover the unique aspects of the setting (like the mages of the white/red/black robes or knights).
Cross class Sub-classes in that they are sub-classes that groups of other classes could take. For example a subclass that could be taken by a fighter, ranger or rogue, or a arcane style caster one that a Wizard, Sorcerer or Warlock could take. This can add those to have some familiarity but the classes still offering distinct aspects (like various classes from a specific organisation or has that organisation's training).

That just sounds overly complicated for very little purpose. Call it a subclass and be done with it.

Common magical items, starting with a common magical item or two (as ribbons for good character creation), awarding common magical items for use in multiclassing (how and when to do so), etc.
I feel that common magical items take the pressure off treasure scores that include too-powerful items too-early, and they also help balance the races, subraces, racial variants, classes, and subclasses.
I also feel that there are enough races, subraces, racial variants, classes, and subclasses already. Having more-restrictive rules hurts, so rules that guide the character process without radically changing it would be helpful.
I like the answer above about more-creative new monsters. How about monsters with unique common magical items that fit them well? Some which can be repurposed by players and some that just don't work that way at all (or seem to and then backfire!).

When wotc made their survey back in 2016 to know which class people liked the most. Sorcerer came out at the top while wizards were lower the it. The only thing that sucked back then was sorcerer subclasses which were missing. Now that problem is clearly solved.
Searched classes only shows how difficult to play or remember a class is. Spellcasters wouldnt show up in such searches because their spells is mostly what is searched for.

More of everything “official” and able to be used in the builder.
you'll have to be more specific cause really, all the official stuff is already in DDB and be able to be used in the builder.

Yea that's true, but then what do you attribute to the sorcerers disfavor other than fewer options? Fewer options by itself doesn't necessarily make a weaker class. It would depend on the strength of the options. e.g. if my only option was to cast a 30d6 fireball or a Wish spell, those would be powerful abilities.

But, because one of your two options is to cast wish, you have a lot more than two options. If your only options were meteor swarm and prismatic wall, you would still have more than two options.
If your only options were a 30d6 fireball and a 30d6 lightning bolt, then yes, you would only have two options.
I'm still not sure what point you were trying to get across with that example, though.

I'm good with Planescape, but also want Dragonlance. Nothing is being done with the setting and it's a huge shame.
