I was watching Tulok the Barbrarian on youtube and he mentioned in a video adding Cause Fear to a Bard character. I have Cause Fear but the spell didn't show up. Just wondering if it's possible to do on D&D Beyond and if I'm missing something? Thank you
You might be able to homebrew some way around that, but Cause Fear is not on the Bard's official published spell list, so in the offical DDB works, it's not possible. I think you'd have basically reproduce a Bard's subclass in home brew, and when you do so also grant it an expanded spell list to include Cause Fear. I'm not sure how "doable" that is, but I do know guidance regarding expanding spell lists is a frequent topic in homebrew.
All that said, if you want to play a frightening Bard within RAW, College of Whispers has some great fear based features.

Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
It depends on how you want to add it. Once you're at a high enough level for Magical Secrets, it's accessible that way. And as a first level spell, it can be added from feats such as Magic Initiate or Shadow Touched.
To be more clear, at level 10, 14, and 18 bards can pick a couple of spells from outside their own list. Lore bards can do it at level 6 as well. So having non-bard spells is kind of a trademark of bards.

Cause Fear was in the optional spells list for Bard in the Class Features UA, but it wasn't retained for the final version in Tasha's. So if it's an older video, that could be the reason.
It'd require homebrew to make it an option for your Bard, but it's not unreasonable I think, if your DM is cool with it.
