One kind of hacky way to do it is to give yourself a free feat at the bottom of the Feats & Traits section of our character sheet. Choose the feat Magic Initiate (Wizard), pick your cantrip as the first option, and leave the other two options blank.
If you can use Homebrew then there are cantrip homebrew feats that work. You just have to make sure Homebrew is turned on in the character builder on the home tab.
One I saw, simply named Cantrip by dogcutedog worked just fine I added it to my Homebrew collection then on the feats section of the character sheet I went to manage feats and added it. click on it in the manage feats window (it should have a blue circle and ! In it to click on and add the cantrip you want. Didn’t test it so I don’t know if it automatically uses a certain stat for the cantrip
There was also a series called Cantrip Aficionado by AltF4WillHelp that has one for each spell casting class , that allows 4 cantrips. Same thing for selecting the cantrips once added.
The Cantrip does work to add the spell but provides it as a single free use spell rather than as an at will cantrip. It also does not use the correct save DC of the caster.
Is it possible to add an additional cantrip on a character sheet and if so how is it done.
I have a 1st level Wizard who was granted access to an additional cantrip beyond the starting three cantrips for the class.
I am unable to figure out how to add the bonus 4th cantrip to my DnDBeyond Character Sheet.
I'm newer to using the character sheets on DnDBeyond, so a detailed step by step process would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.

Cantrip Aficionado (Wizard) as an example.
So there are Homebrew options. I’m not endorsing any of these just ones I found with a quick search that I got to load on a character sheet
