When I join the table, I want to create a protector type of character that always shield his friend. After 1 year, my character get to level 7, I plan to multiclass into Warlock, heck it must be fun to role play. When I said this to my DM, he said he allow it, since other player have already multiclass. After that, my DM always said to me "If you break your tenet you lose your Paladin ability", he said this several time during every session. The way that he say, sound like he want to do something worst for my character, I'm okay with that, PC sometime die. But the way he said that, kind a like displease toward my choice of multiclass.
Currently I felt very uncomfortable when he said that, should I just stop playing with the DM OR suicide my character so that I can make a new one?
First off, if your relationship with the DM is so poor that he makes you want to suicide your character, you should stop playing with him.
However, that said -- your DM does not seem to have opposed you multiclassing. You claim he says "if you break your tenet (oath?) you lose your Paladin ability." This is correct. If you break your oath, you become an "oathbreaker," which is an evil, faithless Paladin. So it sounds, from your description, like a warning. What are you doing when he says this? Are you engaging in behavior that goes against your oath? If so then the DM is warning you of the consequences.

WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.

He said lose the ability, not becoming "Oathbreaker". In his world player can't be Oathbreaker after character creation.
The "warning" he said is in random time, sometime during the session when my character do something, before the session or after the session.
One of the time, we found a several magic item, our Wizard is casting identify. While the Wizard is identifying the magic item, I said "Don't worry guys, if we can't use it, we can sell it or keep as accessory". The DM said "You want to sell a curse item? remember if you break your tenet you lose your Paladin ability". The whole party shocked, since the identify is not yet finish. I told the DM, I don't know there is a curse item, heck the party didn't know about the curse item.
Another situation, my character found a gold small statue in the sewer and my character want to keep it. the DM give the warning and said I shouldn't steal. I was shocked.
Sounds like he's very hung up on the old restrictions for paladins. It's not uncommon for DMs and players that played previous editions. What Oath is your paladin?

It sounds to me like either your DM is confusing how Paladins are with how they used to be. Either that or they have houseruled them to work the way they used to and neglected to tell you of the differences.
Explain/justify your actions through the Tenents of your Oath. As a conquest paladin, most things can easily fall into the "Strength Above All" category. If you need money to become stronger (buying better items), a Conquest paladin can lie, steal, cheat, etc to do that without losing it's powers, because it is being done to advance their Oath. Cursed sword? If it's powerful enough, a Conquest paladin might even knowingly use it, even if it causes them to kill random innocents. Or if not use it, they might try to intentionally get it into the hands of their enemies. (Douse the Flames of Hope)
Yes, Conquest Paladins can go too far, but in general, they (along with Vengeance) have the most wiggle room to do just about anything and still be well within their Oath. Your DM is the final word in that specific game, but the reason the Oathbreakers are called OATH...breakers, is because they have broken their oaths, not because they did "bad" things. I'd recommend having a one on one with the DM and revisiting the concept of 5e Paladins getting their power from their Oaths.
Every time I give explanation or justification to the DM, it must be a long argument between us. End up he is the DM. Currently most of the session I just stay silence until being call for.
I think the DM might want to say Paladin in his world are Lawful Good, but the way say he it with warning instead telling me during session 0.
I think the DM neglected to tell me that Paladin in his game are Lawful Good, even though I told him I play a Chaotic Neutral Paladin.
Yeah, that's previous edition thinking. That went away with 5e, but your DM is certainly not the only one that hangs on to that rule. I had a DM a couple years ago that did the exact same thing, and have seen plenty of posts online about the same situation.
In a game with a heavy Roleplay focus, multiclassing as Paladin/Warlock is a bit of a stretch, but if any Paladin subclass fully justifies that it would be the Oath of Conquest.

I think Oath of Vengeance is a strong contender too.
Personally, I love an Oathbreaker/Hexblade for both mechanics and RP. Is lotsa fun.
Seelie Fey Pact / Oath of the Ancients is also a nice combo in my opinion.
But, at topic... you need to talk off game with the DM or leave the round... not going to work on that level. If he does not tell you straight that he expects all Paladins to be Lawfull Good, this is not going anywhere.
Knowing this, I felt demotivated to play Paladins anymore.
I don't blame you. My favorite character from back in the old days was a LG paladin, but once you've played it, it can get kind of boring. Same could be said about playing with a DM that says all rogues have to be CE or NE. Takes away RP opportunities, which is generally counter to why a DM says paladins should be LG. ("I think paladins should be LG for RP reasons" Is a common thought process)
See if the DM will let you switch classes. If they make you jump through hoops or make you a lower level, reduced items, etc, I'd consider leaving the group. Because at that point the DM is just being petty and is punishing you for not playing their idea of what a paladin should be. Which is even worse if the DM didn't tell you about the LG restriction at character creation.

Thanks for the advice.
As I remember, the DM said we can't change class unless the character die.
Find another DM to play with. Clearly the DM does not want to be flexible (his prerogative) and neither do you (your prerogative). In cases like this, you need to part ways... especially if you are friends outside the game. Don't let in-game disagreements destroy real life friendships. As a friend of mine always used to say, "life > game."

Already did, and he always point out that Paladin shouldn't do that and Paladin shouldn't do this, kind a pointless
