This thing is really turning into something awesome. I left some comments and idea in the survey. But just in case they dont get seen i want to leave them here for further feedback.

A desktop client would be awesome. I love when i dont need to open up a browser to use a tool or feature or even comment on forums.
Marketplace for Homebrew content, Plugins made by community.
A marketplace where you could publish your maps, characters, races, classes etc. I think it could be a really great feature because it would keep people on the website/app and give a more reliable place for new people to find homebrew things. If not this, maybe like an integration to dmsguild website.
Same as the homebrew stuff except plugins and features that have not been made or wont be made by the beyond team that community members would want. I dont know what kinds of things this would be. I just seen a post by Matt Colville having some trouble using a program that was almost exactly what he wanted, but it missed some features. And i think community powered plugins could fix something like that. Of course this would require the beyond team to setup a system for people to build their plugins for the site and it would probably take some work. But i think they would be very welcome features.
I know this will be awesome, and i dont plan on ever trying to use another tool except for Beyond. Thanks for working hard and giving us this beautiful and powerful tool!
Everything is looking good so far. I have already used this site to settle a few rules disputes. I have pulled it up on my ipad and found it easy to navigate faster than flipping pages. (Not that digital will ever replace my books entirely.) Once we hit stage 3 and see what campaign management options are available, I think this site could be a DM's best friend. I'm hoping to be able to construct, share, and print adventures in a similar format to official material. Would be nice to be able to post to Dmsguild.com too.)
I've seen some skepticism voiced about the prospects of any "official" D&D digital tool set. So far, this looks to be the best yet. I can't wait to see phase 2 and especially phase 3! Looks great!
Love this update! Since I am part in three different pbp here I would like to know if there is cross-link for this update! Thank you guys for the great job!

There will be more tooltip capability coming Soon™. As soon as the devs have it working and ready they will advise.
I understand how much time and effort is needed to do all that is planed, and what has already been released, but I feel like the content cycle is too slow. For experienced players the site as it stands is of little practical use. It is a great place to use for discussion but there are plenty of established forums for this already. Once the remainder of the stated features are added I think this site will be a very valuable tool but until then it's just another forum with arguably fancier UI and a convenient place for any new player to look at some info before purchasing the books or digital copies of them.
He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And if you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you.
What was the reasoning behind releasing the class section incomplete? There's just one subclass available for each (Cleric Domain, Warlock Patron, Bard College etc.)
Also, will it be updated to include races found in additional books like Volo's?
And only one feat? Seems pointless to launch that section incomplete, so I'm curious.
It's. The. S. R. D.
Repeat after me, again, and again, and again, until you understand.

This. I think a close integration between Beyond and the DMs Guild could only help both projects. I wouldn't want to replicate the service, but a nice level of integration would be sweet.

DM's Guild is an utterly horrid website. The D&D Beyond crew seem to actually know what they're doing. I think they might die of apoplexy just looking at that site, let alone trying to integrate anything with it.

The site is in beta at the moment. The whole point currently is to test out features and report bugs and new features they might want. It is not difficult to understand that most of the stuff is not yet here.
I feel the D&D Beyond Dev team should gives themselves a pat on the back.
/me Stands up; Claps
As I'm writing this campaign for my son and his friends, chapter by chapter, I find myself turning to D&D Beyond, even in its current state, more and more. For me it's just plain easier to navigate than the books; which are still strewn about, in front of me, on my desk. And, if I can't find something here, I'm fairly confident I'll find them in the books. For me, I'm beyond happy with what we have now.
It seems like the Dev team has some good momentum. Please keep it up. Please continue to make quality a top priority.
....If it's not a free feature to see all the archetypes, or to see all the feats...
...Again, I'm assuming it's because you guys want to roll out content slowly, and not because you plan to keep some character info paid, while other parts are free, but just in case I'm wrong, I figured it was worth mentioning.
Not all character info is free currently. You have to buy a Player Handbook to get any information that isn't part of the Basic Rules and SRD, which is what this content currently is limited to. So don't expect the rest of the feats or archetypes or races to be free at launch either.

Yes to the Desktop client! I can't believe I didn't think of that. That would be pretty sweet too. I have been all hung up on getting a mobile app...lol Great idea, Avexx!

Does anyone else want to start smashing walls when someone asks about missing content that isn't in the SRD? Did everyone forget how to read?
