Maybe I'm missing something, but I am trying to create a magic weapon with Proficiency > Self as a modifier, and it doesn't appear in the list. I click Proficiency, but there's no Self in the secondary drop down. Was this an option only implemented for Elven Chain?
Homebrew: Spells. Items.
Subclasses: Mythwalker (fighter).
I have noticed that when creating magic items that grant the ability to cast certain spells, not all spells are available to be selected for that magic item. This is also true for home-brew spells that were created. It appears as if basic rules spells, or some other subset of the spell list, are the only available spells to be selected.

Hello, I don't know if this has been brought up but I noticed a few issues with the character builder.
1) Spells from Race or some class ability's such as High Elf free cantrips do not show as a known spell. and spells abilities learned on a non caster classes such as shadow monks also do not show as spells. The spells are in the description for the race/class abilites, but without the spell information you have to leave the character page to look up the spell
2) Creating Adventurers League viable characters is hard if you buy a few sorce books. We can use the PHB and one other sorce book (other then backgrounds) to stay AL legal. When picking a race you can pick what book you can see but with spells and sub classes you can't see what Book they are from. So if you pick a race from Volo's it's hard to pick what spells are only from the PHB
