During the attack he will maneuver around to be on the opposite side of the warrior (close to Marlyth and Hamish), without giving an opportunity attack.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The hobgoblin riding on Hamish swings aside the first eye beam.
<he took the dodge action last round, if this was with DA, the second eye beam hits and she dies, otherwise try with DA. I really wish I could see these rolls>
Hobgoblins:
Warlock 1 uses half his movement to stand from prone, then casts freedom of movement on Elite captain.
The captain uses his legendary action to command the warlock forward, whereupon the pair move unhindered, at speed toward Tabaqui. The warlock spears him (move and melee = rxn) 15 and the scarred captain slashes at the rogue with his greatsword 22 for 9 , 22 for 10 ; add 13 to the first sword attack to hit (martial advantage feature).
Warlock 2 moves 30ft along the burnt path, firing two eldritch blasts at the embattled elf. 10 for 5 , 21 for 7 add 6 to first hit (arcane advantage)
The war chanter urges her mount onward through the briars, making 15' southeast toward her captain. As she rides, she changes the tempo of her call to the hobgoblin chant of dread (BA). Tabaqui hears the chant and starts to doubt his senses (make a DC13 wis save or become frightened until the end of her next turn). Seeing her chant get the elf's attention, she softly speaks dissonant whispers which magically reach his ears theough the din of combat 6 psychic, half on save DC13, other effects as noted.
Sharpshooter 1 dashes forward, draws her longbow and let's fly two arrows. She aims at Wallks (Wis save 6. If fail, then target Marlyth.) 22 for 5, (Wis save 13. If fail, then target Marlyth.) 13 for 6 . Add 8 if one hits Marlyth
Sharpshooter 2 moves 5ft west, aims carefully at Walks and fires 2 arrows he aims at Wallks (Wis save 8. If fail, then target Tauzen.) 16 for 15 he aims at Wallks (Wis save 13. If fail, then target Tauzen.) 20 for 20
The lion marked warrior remains silent as she dodges both of Angus' attacks.
Hamish still in the line of sight if the war chanter, moves another 20ft south, avoiding the stinking cloud.
The lioness... vanishes and reappears behind Marlyth, striking with the shadow blade 21 and attacking again with a kick 12 for 7, on a hit, DC13 Con or stunned.
Moving to Angus, she punches low, then swings the dark sword in a swift arc aimed for his head. 21 and attacking again with a kick 10 for 5, on a hit, DC13 Con or stunned.
Treelyth's Constitution Saving Throw × Shadow Jaunt: 7(rolled in gamelog)
Treelyth is stunned by the sudden assault and she fails to maintain her tree form. She keeps murmuring something unintelligible while removing the remnants of leaves and foliage stuck inside her hair:

My assumption is the first WIS Save failed, so the first attack is directed at Tauzan. That would miss. The second WIS Save was a success, so Walks was targeted.
Tuazan continues to remain frightened and uses the DASH Action to continue to move away from the mounted war chanter. (Total movement would be 100 ft, but with 4 ft movement to go 1 ft, that would be 25 ft.)
Tabaqui will attack the War Chanter (I think that's what the tiny print says) with his rapier.
Attack: 25 Damage: 13
He will then BA Disengage and move 30 feet west.
The warlock is in range, rhe war chanter is on horseback at a distance of 30ft through plant growth and part if it through [spell]insect plague[spell], but they do not stack. It hits either way, buy I'm assuming the target here is the warlock
Marlyrh's claws narrowly miss the nimble lion-marked warrior.
Calner is up, then Hobgoblins
Angus will attack the lioness, while simultaneously reminding her that they were trying to help her (he's a complicated guy). Persuasion 11
First Longsword Attack: 13 Damage: 10 slashing + Divine Smite (if hits) 8 radiant damage
Second Longsword Attack: 9 Damage: 14 slashing + Divine Smite (if hits) 9 radiant damage
During the attack he will maneuver around to be on the opposite side of the warrior (close to Marlyth and Hamish), without giving an opportunity attack.
OOC: Half damage to the bad guys is better than no damage.
SORRY Tabaqui!!

Forgot the shadow jaunt effects: advantage on the first attack vs Marlyth 18 and add sneak attack damage 13.
Tabaqui is up.

Right. THere were two mobs in melee range, but I couldn't read the labels. Whichever one appeared to be more wounded.
