(Not if you wanna stealth yourself. You can help others on ability checks - though I'm not sure how that'd work for stealth - but it generally means helping them instead of doing your own -such as helping someone with their perception check to give them advantage instead of rolling your own check. If you guys want to try to use stealth to avoid looters, I'd have you just do a group stealth check, if at least half the players/NPCs beat the needed value - whether passive perception or an active roll from a lookout - you'd make it successfully, otherwise they spot you)
(Also, as a kobold, Deekin is probably the one preson who LEAST needs a stealth check :P)
The group decides that their best bet of making it to the keep in successfully is to try to avoid further combat. You move quietly up the street, sticking to the shadows and trying to avoid being spotted. As you pass across the street from more houses, you hear noises inside from more looters.
(Gimme stealth checks)
NPCs: stealth: 18, 16, 1, 17
(Ouch, a critical fail. That'll probably count for a couple failures, but if the rest of the remaining playres roll well enough it can make up for it. Currently 3 successes from the NPCs, a failure from deekin, and a critical failure from another npc)

"No one needs to Stealth" Pops says, "The more we sound like a group of walking thugs the better," He cast Silent Image in a 15 ft cube around the group and townspeople following us.
Pops weaves his hands and mumbles some words and makes everyone look like the hardiest group of badass town raiders.
"Lets just walk up the middle of the street. I can hold this for about 10 mintues."
(I'm currently debating if I think Silent Image would work for that purpose. It talks about being able to create the image of an object or a creature. I'm not sure if it'd be usable for 8 different people at once. On top of that, if it IS doable, it would probably be rather difficult to keep all of the images exactly in sync with the people walking. Plus there's other spells specifically designed to disguise people)
SIlent image makes the illusion of a thing but doesn’t change sound or anything so I don’t know that it would do much to help us stealth if we clatter about

(It works. I can create any image including a crowd. The steps are apart if the illusion and we make the sound. If a character finds that weird it would have to beat my Dc. I can create any image within a 15 ft cube. 8 medium sized creatures can fit in a 15 ft cube. The movement of the image makes the timing work. It says it in The spell, the image moves normally)
(In a sense I'm not making 8 different disguises I'm making a crowd of raiders that the group and people hide in. Their steps and clanking equipment fit with the image. It says object, creature OR visual phenomenon. If I have a 15 ft square range why can't I make a crowd? O yes! The illusion inclids the space in between the creatues)
(I would argue a "visual phenomenon" to be something more like fog, or rain or something. The sounds part doesn't bother me, it's the question of whether it really works int he first place, and if so, can you make 8 different images exactly follow the people they're supposed to be disguising. Also, there's another spell specifically designed to disguise a group of people - Seeming - that's a fifth level spell. Sure, it does more than this since it covers sounds, smells etc as well, but even still...)
(As for the image moves normally, sure. You can create an image of a person and it'll move like a normal person. That's not the same as saying you can create the image OVER a person and it will follow that person exactly).
(It says "Physical interaction with the image reveals it to be an illusion, because things can pass through it" so I would think the question is whether we [the players and NPCs] would disrupt the illusion or not)

(I don't think that part would be a problem. My reading is that if YOU interact with the illusion - or possibly if you see objects passing through it - it's revealed to be an illusion to you. So if there's an illusionary wall and you try to touch it, you figure out it's fake. I don't think someone ELSE interacting with it necessarily means you realize the same thing. watching someone else wlk through the illusionary wall probably would, but someone ont he other side trying to touch it wouldn't reveal it to you if you can't see them. In this case, if I allow it and the players are all inside the ilusionary disguises and the disguises are moving with them, it wouldn't reveal anything to watchers as long as the illusion synced up perfectly.)
(Another possibility with silent image would be to create an illusion of a person and send them off to distract looters - using minor illusion to provide the sound)
(Edit: Also, While I would accept attaching an illusion to one person to follow them as they go, I'm less sure about attaching a single spellcast of Silent Image to 8 different people to keep the images in sync...)
It’s worth a try to me! Just remember to drop the illusion before we are attacked by the defenders of the keep!

(I think Deekin was using a illusion spell, which is why he rolled a stealth, at a 6 he probably failed to cast the spell)
