Oreus attacks Kazmojen with his glaive, scoring a hit with the main attack, but missing on the bonus attack.
Sondor is still stuck in her gloomy thoughts about her husband.
Alben moves out of the darkness and across the room to get behind the other pillar. He casts Magic Missile targeting each of the newly arrived Hobgoblins and Kazmojen
H7 5 Force damage
H8 2 Force damage
Kazmojen 2 Force damage
Fario flanking Kazmojen with Oreus attacks him twice. First with his Longsword Attack: 19 Damage: 9 and secondly with his Shortsword Attack: 15 Damage: 10. But even with the advantage for the flanking both attacks miss.
Kazmojen attacks Oreus with his Dwarven Urgrosh Axe Head Attack: 10 Damage: 8, the axe head bounces off Oreus' armor. Then in a quick bonus action he jabs the spear tip of the Urgrosh at Oreus 15 Damage: 9, and again Kazmojen fails to penetrate Oreus armor.
Suddenly both Fellian and Rellahne are bombarded from behind, both need to make a DC 12 Dex save with disadvantage or fall prone.
Hobgoblin 1 Dex save 4
Hobgoblin 2 Dex save 6
Fellian Dex save 13
Fellian falls prone by the impact, and you both hear what sounds like two more bodies landing heavy one the ground behind you.
Four more Hobgoblins (H3 - H6) burst through the western door but don't get very far.
H7 moves to flank Fario with Kazmojen and attacks him with a two-handed Longsword Attack: 20 Damage: 4, dropping the half-elf.
H8 moves next Kazmojen and attacks Oreus with a two-handed Longsword Attack: 11 Damage: 16, leaving Oreus standing, but barely. (I already changed your character sheet.)
Two more Hobgoblins (H9 and H10) enter the room and head to help Zarkad, but don't quite make it to his side.
Top of the Round.
Zarkad will attempt to escape the grapple Strength (Athletics) 20 opposed by Tyris' Strength (Athletics) check. If successful he will drow his Longsword and prepare to attack Tyris on his next round.
(If I'm in the darkness and Zarkad is outside of it, does it still impose disadvantage to attack him?)
I found this chart a couple of weeks ago looking for something else. According to this chart. You can't see him, and he can't see you, so it becomes a straight roll. I am ruling that you can't see outside of the sphere as no light can pass the barrier for your retinas to detect.
Darkness creates a heavily obscured area. Characters face darkness outdoors at night (even most moonlit nights), within the confines of an unlit dungeon or a subterranean vault, or in an area of magical darkness.
A heavily obscured area—such as darkness, opaque fog, or dense foliage—blocks vision entirely. A creature effectively suffers from the blinded condition when trying to see something in that area.
(Based on those, I would argue you can see *out* just fine, it only blocks trying to see things that are *in* the darkness effect)

I have just spent half an hour researching this. There are really good arguments for both points of view.
I am ruling (as this how I always played it in the past) that you can't see the area past the sphere.

Tyris maintains his grip on Zarkad and swings at him with his shortsword again.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shadow moves over to the double doors and shoots at Kazmojen. The arrow flies true and sinks into his leg. Kazmojen is looking pretty beat up .
Tyris tries to swing his sword at the grappled hobgoblin captain, but misses in the dark.
Fellian will stand up. He leaves his bow on the ground and drawing his Longsword tries to attack whatever rammed him from behind Attack: 10 Damage: 1. He actually feels his sword sink into the armor of his unseen foe.
Rellahne feels something climb over her prone body and out the door.
You can make an opportunity attack with disadvantage
H1 opportunity attack with disadvantage Attack: 8 Damage: 7.
Ollie is up
Maple seeing the two prone hobgoblins, finally makes up her mind to attack. She moves over to H2 and as she can see parts of his prone body sinks her dagger into his flesh. Dagger Attack: 24 Damage: 10. Even with her advantage she isn't quite able to penetrate the hobgoblins armor.
(Rellahne gave away her only dagger, so she has no weapons with which to take an Attack of Opportunity.)
The command given to Ollie goes simply "help an attack against the nearest person" because Rellahne can't see the combat arena.
After being thrown to the ground inside Darkness, Rellahne attempts to recover, becoming increasingly concerned as the sound of the fight only becomes louder on the places where she can't see. To solve that, she gets up and dashes away out of the darkness, going north and ending in front of the door to the north. (I believe) She takes a look over the scene and starts preparing to fight with her allies.
Oreus I'll let you do non lethal damage on your weapon attacks, but not for spell or spell like damage. Both of your attacks will hit despite you no longer having advantage (I did look at the rolls to see if the first roll hit or not) due to Fario being unconscious. After those two hits the Divine Smite will kill him. However I was planning on having him roll death saves, so the radiant damage will really put him unconscious instead of killing him. But I wanted to make sure you really wanted to use the Divine Smith before continuing.
Oreus is able to put Kazmojen down and then implores the hobgoblins to surrender.
There is nothing in the book about them surrendering, but I can't see them fighting to the death on principle. So I am going to have them roll a Wisdom save starting at DC 10 and adding 2 to the DC each round.
Modifiers:
If Zarkad fails his save each other hobgoblin will have disadvantage on their saves
The two hobgoblins in the darkness will have advantage on their saves
Any hobgoblin with 5 or fewer hit points will disengage (if in melee) and attempt to escape the room.

Attack: 20 Damage: 7
BOTH NON LETHAL DAMAGES
If first attack is enough to knock him down, the bonus attack against h8
Otherwise Vs the slaver adding divine smite 7
Anyway rerolling bonus attack damages 7

yes, I confirm
Oreus, seeing the slaver unconcious, yells:
YOU ALL BETTER SURRENDER OR FOLLOW YOUR MASTER'S DOOM
