Aegnor advances south (10 ft from Gema on her right/west side) casting Eldritch blast on the trog south and a bit west of the two trogs near Gema (The one not targeted by Gema). The second Beam is targeted at the helmet trog fighting Rog.

Rog can roll DEX (DC 10) again since he has danger sense, otherwise he is knocked down under Fenrir (failed Dex Save 7) and is considered Prone. Can use 1/2 movement to get up next round (on his action). Fighting from Prone gives you disadvantage. Since Fenrir is now awake he is not considered to be an impediment to getting back up.
Fenrir opens his eyes and looks about groggily as he lies on his side from Gema's healing word as a Bonus action. He will roll off Rog next round then Rog can use

Vanja is to the west under cover of a small tree, and sees Rog being harried. She darts out directly east from the tree, joining Rog in melee.
She strikes out at nearest trogs surrounding Rog with her moon-touched longsword, the blade glimmering in the darkness.
Attack 1: 12 Damage: 6
If the first goes down, she moves onto the next, otherwise continues to attack the same trog.
Attack 2: 16 Damage: 9
If Rog is attacked while next to her, Vanja will use her reaction to use Protection fighting style to impose disadvantage on the attack roll, sliding her shield in a way to deflect the enemy attack.
Only 1 attack hits Gema (AC 20, Yikes!) for 8 Slashing.

Despite not being able to see anything at all, the blood stained nine-tailed fox is able to sense that there is definitely something wrong as she hears Fenrir yelp in pain
Action: Chants in her native language before blasting Sacred Flame on the trog that just attacked the wolf using her giant, fluffy tail. DC 16 DEX Save or take 10 Radiant damage

The trog is not knockdown by Shadow, The Boarshead on Zelgius is frightened (disadvantage on attacks, will not approach closer).
Kumiko can see a shadowy form near Gema so atatcks it for 10 radiant, DC 16 Dex : 16
In between Kumiko's and Guile's turns there are two loud "BOOMS" coming from the Mine entrance 60' to the south.
While Guile is deciding what to do, flaming arrows fall in various locations of the area, lighting it up to from Dim to Bright Lighting and a thunderous roar is heard behind the goblin. Your reinforcements are approaching.
Telepathically, "I saw 4 in the tower. 2 shadowy figures and the Helmeted Trog and Star Trog. Stay alert. Looks like jus the Star one left in the tower."

Guile advances, pulls out his rapier and it ignites with a green flame, attacking one of the troglodytes with an adjacent ally. "Just a matter of time now..."
In segment 2 of this round, troops from your side come flooding in from behind both your groups to engage the enemy. Hektor must have finished off the larger group quickly! The quickly charge in to engage the remaining few enemies. The remaining trogs morale has failed in the face of such overwhelming odds, being cut to pieces.
Vanja: From your position you notice that Fenrir's wounds are bubbling and spilling over (succeeded on medicine check, you seen something like this before.) You immediately let the group know that they need to clean the Wolf's wounds before more damage is taken. This will allow who ever reaches the wolf to make a medicine check (DC: 15) to successfully clear it. In this case it will be Gema, Fenrir (licking his own wounds) and/or Rog. NOTE: casting a healing spell will only heal Fenrir's current wounds, but he will still take 2 separate d4's of damage on segment 13, and every round until he makes DC 15 con saves for each of the remaining wounds, unless you clear it before hand.
For Kumiko to do this, she will be at a disadvantage without a light source.
In the meantime, Hektor moves up to Zelgius and shouts into his ear, "I need to get this situation out here under control! Gather your group and find out what in the 9 Hells is going on in the mine!" He then gives the fallen Paladin a small sack and says, "Give that out to those who need them, but get your asses in that mine, now!"
Sack contains: Marked bottles (in orcish), (2) potions of Healing, (1) potion of Greater Healing.
"Ahh. So that's what everyone was focusing on." He mutters as he prepare to retaliate against the two that failed to make a dent in his armour
Attack 1 (With Wrathful Smite): 13 Damage: 8 plus 2 Psychic damage on Boarshead (DC 16 WIS Save or be Frightened)
Attack 2: 14 Damage: 10 on Trog 1
Reaction (Sentinel) Attack: 24 Damage: 13 on whoever attacked the zombie
(If boarshead is frightened then he will direct the attack onto trog 1. If not then he will finish it off)
