Scupper, there's no sign that a cart or any dragged bodies left the cave or the area nearby in the last eight hours.
As you move into the cave, you cannot see any torches or magical light illuminating the interior. The area near to the cave mouth is still bright from the moonlight outside, but you will soon need to create some more light for those without darkvision.
The cave is damp and eerie-looking in the moonlight peeking in from outside. You're surprised to find only a few feet into the cave there is a stream running along the right-hand side of the tunnel; just before the entrance, it drops into a hole and presumably continues underground. The floor of the tunnel is muddy and clearly well-used. Up ahead there appears to be an opening to the right. Dario, as you are sneaking forward, you hear what might be a low growl, but very quiet. It's not clear how far away it is.
As you move forward in your marching order, Dario and Asher are the first to come to the opening on the right. Looking around the corner, you see a small room that seems to have chains or manacles attached to the walls. There are three wolves in the room, chained to the wall, and in their midst, a goblin who is looking right at you, Asher, obviously aware of your approach. As soon as you poke your head out, he leans over and removes the chain from one wolf, freeing it, and he looks ready to do the same for the others. In the short moments before the wolf can move to attack you, you notice a still form, seemingly elf or human, is also chained against the far wall, with eyes trained upon the wolves.
Everyone roll initiative, unless you've already done so.
(OK, this is starting to look bad - if someone at the front doesn't roll a killer Init and soon, who's going to tell the guys at the back what they're rolling for before they have to move? :O )
It's too crowded as is. Scupper can move forward easily as he's a halfling, but the others in the front might want to think about how they might move so that those in the back can get into the battle...
Scupper is good with the previous marching order or sneaking up ahead.
Stealth either way keeping to shadows and outcrops along the walls. 20
Just to be sure, there was no signs of cart, captive, or non goblinoid movement outside the cave? Just wanna be sure our captives haven't been moved and we need to gove chase perception 8 investigation 12
So I'm also pretty well stealthed but not sure if that's enough to reach the goblin unseen for a sneak attack. I'd like to get him before he releases more wolves. If not, i should be able to sneak attack a wolf as soon as its around the corner (and within 5 feet of one of our team)...and as I understand it, you can move through other peoples squares but can't end in someone's square. So those with higher initiative should be able to move to the front. Scupper would likely take position in front of Asher to sneak attack a wolf if he can't get to the goblin stealthed.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
If he’s still got the stealth advantage on his turn Dekhan will get into a position to launch a javelin at the gobbo and then if he has any movement left, get in between the prisoner and the wolves.

I might be wrong, but I thought you could move through allies on the map?
I feel like we are slowly inching into a cave that's yet to be rendered ;)

Also percepting. 23
Not fussed about torches, might be best to lead Scupper through the dark and have him aim at whatever Varinth sets on fire!
Too slow! Ok, init : 21

Wolf 2 is free. The other wolves are chained - it's not clear how long their chains are, though.

Can we move past people in the tunnel or is it too crowded?

Pretty freaking bonkers! Too bad it was on a non issue roll...
Unless because Dekhan is being so supernaturally sneaky right now he could still get a surprise attack...
LOL I mean, you're basically a ghost!

Pretty much! LOL
