There's a map up on roll20. Kif will have to move forwards to swing, and Puddin will have to move forwards to hit more than two of the zombies with her 30' range channel. Alternatively, Puddin, you could do something else and channel once the presumably mindless zombies walk closer to us.
Kif hacks at the nearest zombie with his axe. He delivers a mighty blow, and severs an arm! The creature looks down at the shoulder where its arm used to be.
As for Kif's perception, he recognizes that there is something odd about these zombies. They are grayish green, and look soft. And, by severing an arm, you've now confirmed as much.
When you guys use stuff that I need a DC for, I'd appreciate you posting the DC. Puddin, the DC for your spell and spell-like abilities (this isn't technically a spell) is 12.
Puddin taps into her connection to Shar, summoning the goddess's presence to this dark place. The zombies, however, prove surprisingly (and very luckily) resistant!
It's their turn.
Two of them flee, including the middle one, and the one next to Kif.
You all see it shuffle away, toward the front corner of the house, to escape Shar's avatar in Barovia. Its severed arm, laying on the floor, pulls itself along in the same direction!
The other three appear to be unaffected. They all shuffle toward you lot, and the one nearest Puddin gets close enough to strike. It misses!
Kif, if you want, you can take a leaving engagement strike against the one zombie (or the creepy, creeping severed arm), though I'm sure Puddin told you - as you concocted this plan - that harming an undead so affected releases it from the effect of the turning.
I will wonder aloud if the DM remembered that one of them zombies automatically rolled an 8 because of my portent ability.
When it is his turn, Barnaby will firebolt whichever one looks most injured that is not feared. If they are equally uninjured then he will fire at the one to the north of Puddin.

Attack: 19
Damage: 4
But for that, only one of them would have turned. They got very lucky on their saves!
Barnaby zaps the same one that Kif hit, doing 4 more fire damage. It looks like the rags it's wearing might be about to catch fire. Not dead yet, though!
Puddin, the one to your right has taken a terrible beating from Kif, with a little help from Barnaby. It is possible - just possible! - that you can bring it down with a good hit.

Sorry, you should all have control now.
In blue: so I could move forward and the turn undead, right?

Still need perception from the others, I think.
Yes. In order to capture as many as you can within the 30' radius, you'll have to move pretty far inside.
Perception: 12

The other two double move to get into melee with Puddin and Kif.
Barnaby, you're up!Oops.
Everybody is up! Barnaby, Kif, Puddin, what do you do?
I'll skip the disengaging strike
Kif strikes at the one directly to the north, next to Puddin'
24 attack
14 damage
Then he uses action surge to attack again
12 attack
4 damage if I hit
as a great weapon guy I get to reroll damage rolls of 1 or 2, so second damage, if it hits is 5

Both of Kif's blows hit. He does terrible damage, and severs another arm! It drops to the floor.

Sorry on that - I accidentally put in 4d4 instead of 4d6
And it collapses! The arm, which had been reaching for Kif, also collapses.
