Solaris once out of sight of the Mayor then hands Rastin and Autzen 3gp and 6 electrum pieces. Keeping none of the spoils of the battle for himself or Adolmain
Adolmain speaks to the “mayor” “We would like to help with this Orc Problem but it must take place after some other matters we have to deal with. Where can we reach you to discuss this matter further?” After he gets the info he says “We will come there when we are prepared and let you know we are going to deal with this Orc issue.”. We then head to the armor/weapon shop.
"Bah, I thought you were the adventurous type and ready to go now! But yea, spill blood in MY streets and leave the scene and the orcs to live" the mayor huffs. "Regardless, if the people of this town must wait, we shall wait. Meet me at the Townmaster Hall."
The mayor hands you map, marked with important locations in the town. He points to the Townmaster Hall.
"I am there and I need such a place to conduct the important business I do for this town, despite the ungrateful voters. Just don't come after dark…I typically have very very very very important business to attend to in the evening. It is my "working" time."
The mayor turns his back and walks away, not before belching a few times as he wanders down the street, coins clattering in his pockets.
You set off to the Lionshield Costar, where Barthen from the first trading post told you to go for weapons and armor. Afternoon has set upon the town, and the heat bears down on you as if you're next to a hot campfire. You think that time flies when you're…..killing.
You reach your destination, as you notice hanging above the front door of this modest trading post a sign shaped like a wooden shield with a blue lion painted on it.
You're approached immediately by an attractive thin blonde women.
"Well well well…what have we here…." she says with a half grin on her face, her eyes not looking away from Autzen. "A Tiefling are ya? I've heard stories about your kind. Oh how I've wondered if they were true" she says with a twinkle in her eye. "What's your business here?" she says to the group, as she eyes Autzen up and down, like a master inspecting a potential slave. A helper behind the counter rolls her eyes before commencing to restock shelves.
You look around the trading post and can't help but notice a sign behind the counter which reads, "No dogs, beggars or Redbrands."
Adolmain begins the conversation even though it is apparent that she is interested in a little BDSM with a devil tonight. “We are interested in improving our armorment as we have been in a few battles with Orcs an Rebrands and find our current weapons although sufficient in terms of killing, they lack the finesse. We heard you have great weapons and armor that can aid us in our journeys! And it appears you have no love for Rebrands like the ones we just dispatched to their maker just minutes ago across town.”
Solaris interested in her motives utilizes insight to determine her motives if she is lying and any other clues he can gather as she speaks. 23
Solaris is an observant one. One has to be to survive in Neverwinter and the Sword Coast. He watches curiously with amusement as he eyes the shop keeper looking at Autzen like fresh meat. Though amusing, one has to be careful and not assume intentions however.
Solaris deduces that the woman is just but a flirt, as he keenly notices the other attendants smirking and rolling their eyes, as if they know she is a habitual flirt. Though Solaris would like to think that he travels among people who are his God's gift to women, he suspects the trade shop owner "kills them with kindness" to charge higher prices. He's not so easily fooled.

We heard you have great weapons and armor that can aid us in our journeys! And it appears you have no love for Rebrands like the ones we just dispatched to their maker just minutes ago across town.”
The shop keeper finally turns her eyes away from Autzen and looks at Adolmain.
"He doesn't talk much does he? Oh well, I sleep alone tonight…" she says whimsically. "My name is Linene Graywind and I operate this fine establishment on behalf of the Lionshields. And you are right, I hate the Redbrands. Bunch of cockless cowards if you ask me. Killing them makes me happy…not as happy as other activities however" she cracks as she looks at Autzen again.
"I have a full assortment of armor and weapons, some of which are even of the magical kind. My prices are fair, and nothing is over 500 GP each. Please take a look. If you steal anything, I'll gut you myself. You've been warned."
(All armor and weapons in PHB prices under 500 GP a piece is available (prices are noted in PHB). Magic items that are "common" or "uncommon" according to dungeon master guide are also available. Prices are not listed for magical items so if you want to buy any of the magic items, you'll need to barter for them. Common magic items range from 50-100 GP. Uncommon magic items range from 100 GP to 500 GP)
Solaris looks at the items and asks “how much do the Bracers of Archery, Cloak of Elvenkind cost? I am also looking for a longbow or quarterstaff of +1,2,or3.”

Linene eyes grow wide after hearing Solaris' question. "Oooh, looks like we have some big spenders here! Those are wonderful items, and I can secure them, but they will cost you. The bracers and cloak are 500 GP each. As for magical quarterstaffs and bows, they range from 200 GP for our most basic magical versions. The next step up is 400 GP and our most powerful magical ones are 500 GP each."

"I don't require any new weapons or armor. If you are all ready, I suggest we make our way to the inn Sildar suggested. Once we have our room secured, we can find some ale and food,” Rastin suggests.
After securing supplies, weapons and armor, your party sets off for the Stonehill Inn, the inn which Sildar told you to secure lodging and to meet him tomorrow. In the center of town stands a large, newly built roadhouse of fieldstone and rough-hewn timbers with a sign "Stonehill Inn" You enter the common room, which is filled with locals nursing mugs of ale or cider, all of them eyeing you with curiosity.
A stocky, balding man behind the counter yells in your direction, "Come on in my friends! My name is Toblen Stonehill. Anyone who kills Redbrands is a friend of mine. I've heard there are four dead Redbrands in the street, and you look like the adventurers who did it! How can I help you friends?"
You notice people whispering and pointing in response to Toblen's greeting. Some nod with approval.
A woman joins Toblen behind the counter, putting her arm around him and shaking her head. "Just horrible those Redbrands. Thel Dendrar, a local woodcarver, stood up to the Redbrands a tenday ago when they came by his shop and leered at his wife. The ruffians murdered him. Several townsfolk saw it happen. The Redbrands grabbed his body, and now his wife, daughter, and son have gone missing too. That damn major won't do anything about it. Just horrible business.” she says while Toblen consoles her.
