Since the Artificer isn't in the SRD/Basic Rules, it doesn't reference the free alternate versions of magic items or spells. You'd need to own the Quiver of Ehlonna or have it shared with the character in a campaign.
That's not true, or at least not consistent, on D&D Beyond; e.g- the Alchemist gets both Acid Arrow and Melf's Acid Arrow on its spell list.
Hmmm, I see. It looks like D&D Beyond has the Basic Rules versions of the always-prepared spells for particular Artificer subclasses, but not the Basic Rules versions of spells on the straight Artificer spell list. For example, Bigby's Hand but not Arcane Hand, Leomund's Secret Chest but not Secret Chest. I guess that's an actual oversight.

That's probably something that was just missed by accident when the old Artificer class was archived and the new one added.
I'm pretty sure there's some content folks who can sort that out!
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but there's a bagillion pages in this thread. Is there a way to add dice links to the Wildfire druid features? I would really like to click on my sheet and not do custom rolls. Kinda defeats the purpose of using a digital sheet. I tried making a homebrew copy and adding them but it doesn't seem to actually do anything.
2 and half years and you can't fix the thrown weapon issue....laziness at its core. Not sure what else to expect from WOTC at the moment.
Not laziness, just prioritising, since you can just add the +2 yourself in a few seconds.
You making an ad-hoc customisation on the sheet is easier than them having to change part of the architectural code and then do a crapton of bug testing for everything connected to that code (which is probably, quite a fair bit). They have other things they must work on - stuff that a player can't just fix as needed in mere seconds.

Its been 2 1/2 years. The thrown weapons exist as a coded item. They have just been too lazy to fix it.
That might work as an excuse for the thrown weapon.
But some other stuff e.g
Fighting Style - Superior Technique. Not functional. We don't currently have a sensible way of implementing the selection of maneuvers that wouldn't cause characters to become broken in the future. We're working on a solution for this known issue.
ARMORER - Armor Modifications. We don't yet have a system to allow the separate infusion of individual armor pieces.
Aberrant Mind - Psionic Spells. We don't currently have a method to allow swapping these spells out. We are looking at solutions for this. "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
Clockwork Soul - Clockwork Spell. See Psionic Spells above.
Scaling Statblocks
Several of the new features and spells present Monster Statblocks which scale with your character. This includes spells that summon other creatures. The system to handle these creatures is still under development but we have included inline stat blocks wherever possible to help you reference the stats you need.
We can't fix ourselves so this is starting to take a real long time even for some base functionality of subclasses.

Scaling statblocks, I agree. Although you can still make a statblock, you'll just need to update it as you level.
For the rest, yes, there are self-fixes for these. Not as easy as the thrown weapon one, mind you, which is the only one my post was about and was in response to somebody also being specific about that. But yes, there are self-fixes for those.

Aloha! I'm running a Clockwork Soul Sorcerer in a campaign and in working through the spell selection some of the "Additional Sorcerer Spells" listed in TCoE don't show up for me in spell management. Specifically the spells from the Basic Rules don't show up, but the spells from XGtE show up just fine. Looking at the spell entries, those from XGtE are tagged as being "Available For" sorcerers while those from the Basic Rules are not. I'm not sure if the issue could really be that simple, but it might be. Any chance that can be fixed, or would it break something else? Thank you.
Nevermind... I had missed the "Optional Feature Manager".

Have you enabled the "Additional Sorcerer Spells" Optional Class Feature?
It turns out that I had not, and had not seen that tab. It doesn't stand out very well, but following this I'll never not see it again, lol. Thanks for your help!
Hello! I purchased Tasha's Cauldron to give my level 7 bard Phantasmal Killer. I added "Optional Class Features" on my character Home screen but the spell still won't appear in my Add Spells section. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Disappointing to still see so many issues with Tasha's, especially for artificers and integration into non-artificer characters having infusions.
Having to make custom items for all of the infusions, and having to create items for armorer parts to add infusions too, it feels like a let down to still be a work in progress.
I recently bought Tasha’s Cauldron to create a cleric of the order domain. Unfortunately, the app (or the web site as well) doesn’t let me pick a proficiency (see screenshot below) , and thus I can’t complete my character
i saw on another thread that the issue was resolved a few years back but it seems it’s here again.

Your screenshot is not visible. To insert images into forum posts they must first be hosted elsewhere (not Google though) and you need a “direct link” that ends in .jpg or .png to insert. here’s a helpful brief video:
To answer your question however, the Order Domain only allows you to choose from 2 skills, Intimidation or Persuasion. You must already have proficiency in both skills, that’s why it’s not giving you any options. Deselect one of those skills from elsewhere and it should appear under the Bonus Proficiency feature.
Any idea why the fathomless optional class features dont work on blood hunters? I have A level 11 blood hunter and when I try to turn on optional class features it says there are none available.

Optional class features are for a specific class only, in this case Warlock (not the Fathomless patron); Blood Hunter is a different class and does not have any optional class features as it's third party content (Critical Role).
However, the Order of the Profaned Soul has been updated for free since then to include the Celestial, Fathomless, Genie and Undying as patron options; you don't need to do anything to gain access to these options.

Any plans to update the constructs to allow us to create dice rolls with the appropriate bonuses from their description pages?
