I’m working on mine right now. It’s gonna be epic, plus I’m pretty sure no one has done it before.

Obsidian Blast. The golem unleashes blast of negative energy-infused obsidian shards in a 15-foot sphere centered on itself. Each creature in that area, other than the golem, must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (5d8) necrotic damage plus 22 (5d8) piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
A highly unusual, rare and powerful golem, obsidian golems are created by infusing sentient spirits of darkness from the Shadowfell into a golem rather than a spark from the elemental plane of earth. As such, they are much more intelligent and are capable of wielding dark energy, but their intelligence allows them to occasionally subvert the intent of commands or even break free entirely. This intelligence and independence does have an upside in the form of them being able to improvise, and does solve the common golem problem of them simply standing around when they don’t have commands and allows them to create a sort of priority list for commands to prevent them attempting multiple commands at once.
An obsidian golem looks like a humanoid figure about the height of a tall and rather thin human made entirely of blades of obsidian, with larger and sharper blades for limbs that gives them incredible combat power and great climbing abilities. They make nearly no noise even while running, and seem to fade away in shadows.
Obsidian would normally be a bad material for a golem, but the dark energy of the spirit inhabiting it resonates well with obsidian, and the spirit is too intelligent to go berserk anyway.

ok this is actually kinda funny cause a artificer subclass i created actually has a ability related to golems. (Since artificers don't have a specific thing to call their subclasses I'll be referring to my subclass as way of the construct from now on.) Ok way of the construct artificers are a more rouge-ish subclass for the artificer and focuses on quick attacks but the thing is they have a special skill a passive skill roll must be be done when you enter a new area that contains statues. Warning I'm terrible at dice rolling and homebrew rules when it comes to dice roles.
1:artificer doesn't know anything at all about potential things the statues could be.
roll 2-12:the artificer will feel the presence of a golem or golems if its a roll above 11 and there are multiples
12-19:you can sense all golems in a select area(dm choses radius as to not make it op) and if 18 or above you understand the basic functions of the golems(or only a select amount by the dm to make things more...interesting. Like oh you enter the town square yes we have guard golems, welcoming golems, and protecting golems but how could I miss our criminal golem that is malfunctioning and anybody they see as unjust they will instantly try to kill culprit in question.)
20:they get all the boost previously mentioned and you get a chance to hack said golem(dm decided golems difficulty level of hacking aka how high your roll must be. But for basic small constructs the base roll will need to be higher than a 10)

Nice. Since it’s absorb nature’s might maybe it should be granted some cool powers when it uses it? Also, the entangling vines and absorb nature’s might should probably both be combined into one innate spellcasting trait. See mine for an example on innate spellcasting.

I guess because no one answered I will. I’m unsure on the name.
When creating a golem, a creature can leave out some enchantments to decrease the time and cost, at the cost of the golem losing power. When you do so, choose any of the following to leave out. Unless otherwise noted, you can only leave out something once.
Weapon Enchantments. Saved time and money: 5 days, 1,000 GP. Lost: Magic weapons trait
Magical Protection. Saved time and money: 5 days, 5,000 GP. Lost: absorption trait + respective immunity, magic resistance trait, or immutable form trait (your choice). Special: Can be taken multiple times, each time you do you must choose a different option
Armor Strengthening. Saved time and money: 10 days, 15,000 GP. Lost: Immunity to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks that aren't adamantine
Specialized Enchantments. Saved time and money: 10 days, 10,000 GP. Lost: Action unique to it (ie: Haste, Slow, etc.)
Planar Binding. Saved time and money: Quarter of total time, Quarter of total GP. Lost: Berserk trait. Special: The golem is permanently unconscious and its intelligence, wisdom and charisma scores each become 0. It is also considered an object
This is not very good and will probably never come up, plus I still need new names, but it could also be used as a sort of lingering injury system for golems, a way to show the wear of the ages, or as a way to downgrade the threat of a golem. The last one is silly and should never be used.

Typos have been fixed. Damge changed to 1d10 + 2 the spells level.
The reason for the damage to be significantly smaller than other summoning spells of the same level is this is different than the other summoning spells. It's not concentration, meaning you could theoretically have 5 golems and a normal summon, all at once! The trigger thing is also special for this, and could potentially make it more powerful.

Ok, but the material component should still have a cost. Right now you can just ignore it with a focus or component pouch.
