DnDBeyond isn't allowing me to share the screenshot from my phone for some reason. But if you make a level 7 barbarian it should show you the "Advantage" on initiative. Or if you make any dwarf at all they will have it indicated that they have advantage against poisons. It takes the form of a little green dot with a white A in the center of it right next to the stat block on the character sheet.
Since we still don't have Sidekick levels without manually adding it to homebrew how does one go about adding advantage to initiative to a monster?
You just state it and then the user has to longhold and click Advantage. It isn’t automated.

So they didn't add a visual way to add it like they do on saving throws.
No, and there’s no way to add a visual reminder of advantage to Monster Statblocks either.

Yes, but your question is about monster statblocks. It isn’t possible for Monster Statblocks. What are you making? A Monster, Race, or Subclass?

Well like I said in my original post; it's for a sidekick. But since you can't mod sidekicks you have to add them as custom monsters
