Myconid's Fist attack deals 2d4 Bludgeoning and 2d4 Poison. Upon trying to convert them to a playable race, I wanted to show that attack similarly to how the versatile trait displays the damage die, however the closest thing I could get what it showing split apart like this. Adding a damage modifier seemingly did nothing and the way it's currently showing is from being two separate actions under the same racial trait.
Does anyone know a fix for this?

I will use the Myconid race as an example.

No. You would have to do them as separate actions under the one trait.
