You can’t make it add it automatically, you would just create it as an Action with a 1d6 damage roll. The player would still need to roll the 1d6 separately for themselves and add it together.
Okay, maybe I'm being blind again and missing something you covered, but I'm trying to add a homebrew spell to a homebrew monster's statblock.
I can get the spell linked normally, via the usual hyperlinking, and I kind of? got the tooltip part working, but not both and my brain is tired and drunk and I know the fix for this should be obvious to me, but my brain is just not working right now.
Trying to make a custom ability for a custom version of Tiamat:
Tooltip works, but it isn't displaying the hyperlink properly. I'm probably going to figure it out just fine later, but I have a session soon and I should have got this working before I started drinking.

Okay, it would take me some digging and asking a few questions to properly diagnose if there are any coding issues with your false tooltip, however, none of that will ultimately matter because, if you look at the very last note at the very bottom of the answer regarding Homebrew tooltips you will see the following:
Helloo I'm trying to make a race, and one of the trait (I'll call it Trait D) the race has is roughly "either keep racial trait A, B and C, or get a feat instead"
So what I did was: Trait A, B and C all announce what they do as normal, but then, I gave Trait D two options:
option 1: keep trait A, B and C. Choosing this option gives the bonuses As B and C should give. (this works well so far)
option 2: get a feat. Choosing this option should lets you choose a feat, it's not working.
The path I took to get there was
Options -> "feat" (the option name, the other option being the one that gives the bonuses from trait A, B and C) -> Modifiers -> Feat -> Choose a Feat
By self-troubleshooting my situation, I figured that the problem might be from the fact that my modifier comes from an option instead of being the starting point of this chain. Is there a different (better?) way to do what I'm trying to do here?
Not really, no. You’re absolutely correct that the problem stems from that Modifier being attached to an Option instead of a base racial trait. Theoretically you could make a Variant race for that.
I created a legendary homebrew weapon that can transform into a celestial being. And I want either in the celestial being d and d beyond app character sheet. To have different things clickable for damaged types or in the weapon. And all of my damages are showing up, but they're not clickable for dice roll. I'm trying to figure out how to input the information. So that when he's in weapon form can Do slashing piercing and ranged weapon attacks. Eitherthrough, the monster that I created for the companion or the weapon itself. Anyway, you can help me with that. Or maybe change. Created a new version of. The weapon and monster that I created to make it clickable for damage. Rolls been working on this three days and I cannot figure it out is it even possible to have a weapon deal 4 different attack styles also the legendary casting ability of the monster doesn't show in the beyond app any help on finding a way to do this will be greatly appreciated also the weapon and item names are yato shikai and bishamons shikai yato

For your question about multiple damages on the weapon, please see the Homebrew Items & Equipment FAQ #3 in the very first post in this thread.
For your monster, I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking. If you could please elaborate on that a bit I’ll be happy to help you in any way I can.
I have a homebrew monster that does not have any Bonus Actions or Reactions. Is there a way to make those sections not appear on the resulting statblock instead of just being there and being empty?

There must be something in those fields or else they wouldn’t be displaying on your monster’s statblock. Whatever it is is probably invisible though. Edit your monster and look at the grey buttons at the tops of those fields. Look for this button which will let you see the html for those fields:
Delete anything you see in the popups, no matter what it is. Whatever it is is what’s causing those fields to display on your statblock. Then re-save your monster. That should fix it.
Not sure if this was asked, though I am trying to make a homebrew feature where if you are not using a shield your unarmed strikes do 1d4 but if you are not using a shield your unarmed strikes increase to 1d6. How can have DNDBeyond understand that language?

Not actually possible. Temporary/triggered/changeable effects like that aren’t currently supported by DDB. You would have to add 2 Actions to your feature, one that does 1d4 for the player to use when the character is wielding a shield, and another that does more for them to use when their character isn’t. Both Actions will be permanently displayed on the character sheet all the time, and it’ll be up to the player to use the correct Action appropriate to their situation, but that’s the best you can do at this time.
Apologises if this has been asked already, but I couldn't find any similar questions while flicking through the thread.
How do I go about adding the system like the Order of the Lycan has with the Hybrid/Normal forms? A drop-down menu that lets you pick from multiple options on the fly, and switch back, essentially.
If that is actually possible, am I able to also make those options change stats? Like increasing/decreasing AC, to hit mod, damage, adding disadvantage to attacks etc etc?

Yes, to all.

That would be accomplished with subclass feature Options (or racial trait Options), you can learn all about how to properly set up Options for a subclass feature (or racial trait) in the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ #1 in the very first post of this thread. (All the FAQs are in the very first post of this thread, no need to dig through all the posts in the whole thread to find them.) Simply expand the spoiler box (black bar) beneath the corresponding heading (Subclasses & Species) and go down to the correctly numbered question (#1) and voilà, there ya go!
I'm essentially wanting weapon stance switching, with a drop-down menu that will let the player easily switch between the stances.
For the sake of simplicity, say there are three stances. An offensive stance (+2 to hit with all weapons, but -1 AC), a defensive stance (+1 AC) and a neutral stance (no benefit, basically the default stance). I'd like for the player to be able to click the drop-down menu and switch to offensive stance, then have their character sheet reflect that by seeing their "to hit" increase and their AC decrease.
I hope this makes sense and offers enough information for you.
EDIT: Apologises, this was supposed to be a reply to Cyb3rM1nd, but didn't quote his post.

I’m assuming this is for a subclass. Is that correct? If so this will still require the creation of a feature with the addition of 3 Options attached to that feature (1 for each stance), and then you would attach the appropriate Modifiers to the corresponding Options. The offensive stance will be tricky since I don’t think there’s a Modifier that will add a blanket +2 bonus to all weapon attack rolls, but I could just not remember. The -1 to AC would use a simple Modifier, as would the +1 AC for the l defensive stance:
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Armor Class->Fixed Value: -1 (for the offensive stance) or just 1 (for the defensive stance)
The neutral stance requires no Modifiers. And like I said previously, you can find a full walkthrough on how to properly set up Options in the FAQ:

I had gotten almost every step correct except for the "Is Granted" boxes for each of the stances. The subtext for those wasn't clear in my dumb-dumb brain.
