Is there to much water? to many countries? not enough countries? do you think i need to include the Arctic and Swamp Biomes? To many towns? not enough towns? things like that

Right now, assuming that the travel pace is 24 miles a day, your world is about 1 tenth the size of Mercury. But don't worry! This map doesn't have to be the entire world, it can just be a slice of it. If your players are starting at first level, they probably won't traverse the entire area for quite a while.
I think that where the coast and forest meet, there may be some marshy areas, not necessarily worth a different color, but worth noting when you make an encounter in such an area. Are the towns marked major settlements?

The players will be at the first area and i could always create additional maps that but up against it ... Generally my players are pretty good about not going off the edge of a world map .... The map is designed to fit on a standard 20x30 piece of foam core board. My current map key is represented below but i did not make the gimp brushes... i downloaded them after watching a WSAD20 youtube video about map making.
This makes my population roughly 150,000 people .... not counting the dozens of small villages that are not yet mapped.
It really depends on what you want your world to be. If you want your world to be highly advanced, there's going to be a settlement on every hex. You may find Medieval demographics helpful. Frankly I would not place villages as they are not large enough to be remembered, or take up 24 miles. It also allows you as the dungeon master to fill in detail as you go, not naming every town off the bat.
On a completely unrelated note, look at the peninsula in the Green kingdom. You see how the rivers connect the bay to the sea? It feels unnatural.

Just one will do. Perhaps the middle one as it's close to a city state.
Now, what's up with the yellow country? It has towns along the coast but none in the center near the dragon's tower. Is the dragon the ruler of kingdom?

One thing I would be thinking about is which cities allow the ability to travel across water. Do I need to go to a magic hall to travel by portal? Are there airships? Yes there is a lot of water but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I love your map and the thought process behind it. Oh and another thing is which areas are like the “badlands” where monsters dwell? Unless this is a place like GoT where there are very few monsters and mostly political struggles. Otherwise great map!!!
The theme the players want to go with is like a pirate idea .... so not only will there be ship battles but whole port cities will get taken over .... it should be assumed that any city on a coast has a port. The yellow kingdom will basically worship the dragon as a god. And the yellow country will be populated by Dragonborn and lizard folk.
From the diplomacy perspective... blue and green will be allied together ... blue will be a holy empire ... while the green is a confederation of 5 city states (similar to the “free marches” from the dragon age games, or the real life United Arab Emirates) .... the red country will be the bad guys and I’m going to try to keep yellow low key while the evil dragon (red dragon , unless we make up a new type) slowly takes over yellow .... I’m hoping by the time my players realize that yellow is a bigger threat than red ... they will have almost conquered red making it to weak to help against the new fight of yellow .... I’m expecting the dragon in yellow to be the final boss.
This sounds seriously awesome. One thing I am doing in my campaign is making the good guys look like the bad guys. When they were dropped into the world they were basically told that there was a civil war and there are two sides. They exited the first town and passed an army from one of the sides and watched the starting town get demolished. This made them not only side with the “underdog” but also mistakenly think that the people who are winning are inherently bad. A few of my players are starting catch wind of this now that we are about 20 games in and its amazing seeing them put the pieces together.
I’m still in the early stages of design at this point .... so I’m weeks or maybe months away from rolling characters ... my countries don’t even have names yet .... lol

What type of feedback are you looking for? Names? Possible geopolitical histories? The possibility of the these biomes occurring together?

so far ... we use the idea that one hex grid is one days travel

How many people do other DnD worlds have?

they are in natural I actually kind of imagined these as like grand canals that all ships to enter the in land sea .... perhaps I don’t need that many
