As the Title says, I am trying to add specific spells to a custom created subclass.
Over the past day I've been trying to make a custom subclass, namely a Paragon Subclass for the Paladin. I've actually made it, and it was published fairly easily, with only minor tweaks done in recent hours. However, I've recently run into an issue. When choosing this subclass none of the expected spells show up. I discovered that even though I put them into the features, it didn't actually give the spells to the subclass. I went in and added each spell they were supposed to get, including the class the spells normally come from. Yet when I went back to publish it, I was surprised to see that I couldn't publish it because, apparently, it was linking to licensed content.
This wasn't an issue before adding in the specific spells, nor is it an issue if I remove the specific spells. Unfortunately, this is the problem. If I keep the specific spells, they show up properly in the subclass. If I remove the specific spells, they vanish leaving my test character with only spells given by other Paladin related things. How can I fix this so that I can have the very specific spells, and also allowing me to properly publish it to the community?
You can only publish homebrew that has SRD/Basic Rules spells.

*(I strongly urge you to not publish right away. Take time to fully playtest and edit your subclass prior to publishing. Please see the General FAQ #s 7 & 8.)

That’s not quite true, you can also publish with EEPC spells attached.

Yeah, I figured that out last night. After a couple more hours of searching. So the question is now two fold:
1) How do I achieve my intended subclass so that it maybe shared and work properly with the community?
2) What are the Core (Free) spells? Maybe I can tweak it to work correctly.
