Hi, just tinkering with addressing becoming a werewolf in DDB. I know its been discussed ad nauseam, but haven't seen homebrew items to address it. Here's what I've been able to come up with (and this is outside the scope of the whole 'is it balanced' conversation, as this is intended to be pure RAW). I'm looking for feedback and to check if anyone sees room for improvement. This is specifically for a werewolf.
Adds the following actions: shapechanger, multiattack (hybrid), claws (hybrid), bite (wolf and hybrid)
Increases strength to 15 (if not already there).
Adds advantage on Perception with the note that its applicable to hearing/smell.
adds immunity to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing
I can't figure out how to address the fact that both AC and speed change - form dependent in a feat (and can't figure out how to add actions in a magic item so that I could get rid of the feat and just use magic items); so the idea is to permanently add the feat and then have 2 separate magic items, and the character would equip the applicable item when in that form.
Werewolf (Hybrid Form) magic item (haven't created it yet but it'd work similar to the wolf form magic item), when equipped:
Changes AC to natural AC + 1
sets walking speed to 30
So far this doesn't address the language edit change in wolf form...nor the alignment change (which I think shouldn't be addressed as its not really applicable until a future event).
that is overpowered immunity to all nonmagical weapons and you can get this at what level 4 nothing will be able to harm maybe make it so that you can gain resistance to one of them that you can choose.

This is one method of accomplishing what you want, though that current feat has actions that apply to one or both forms. These methods would probably be more seamless so you could avoid notes like (hybrid form only) for 2 of the actions:
Just make 2 distinct feats, one for wolf form and one for hybrid form that just includes everything for each.
Make a homebrew subclass with options. Similar to how Order of the Lycan blood hunter works where you have to go into the character builder to change an option when going into your hybrid form.
Make a homebrew race with options. This would probably require going into the character builder too to make the changes from one form to another.
