Hi all, I'm working on an illusion cantrip that primarily acts to knock enemies prone from afar. As with other cantrips, I'd like to scale the spell up at the standard levels to deal damage. To get the wording right, have any of you seen an ability that does no damage, but starts dealing damage at higher levels? It may be a spell, class ability, feat, etc.
The closest I can recall is Green Flame Blade. It still does damage to the secondary target at lowest casting, but it only does additional damage to the primary target at higher levels.

I believe you can set the lowest level to 0dX e.g. 0d10 with the higher level cast adding a damage dice thus making it 1d10.
