It is obvious that Eldritch Blast has been heavily favored on the cantrip invocations side of things, and I find that a shame, like probably a lot of people. So, I tried my hand at making other cantrip exclusive invocations. They are grouped by cantrip on this list. All feedback is appreciated:
Chill Touch:
Grip of Vecna-
When you succeed on an attack roll with this cantrip, the targeted creature must make a Constitution saving throw, or take an additional 1d6 necrotic damage, and you may regain hit points equal to half the number rolled. If you are at full hit points when this happens, you instead gain temporary hit points equal to half the number rolled.
Mage Hand:
Hands of Hadar-
When you cast this cantrip, you may create two hands in one casting. If both are used to carry an object, they can carry an object up to 30lbs in weight. They can activate magic items that don't require attunement, but doing so ends the spell after activation. The hands can also move up to 120ft away before dispelling.
Minor Illusion:
Eldritch Illusions-
When you cast this cantrip, you can create two of its effects in one illusion, the maximum size of the illusion is doubled and the illusion lasts 5 minutes.
Thunderclap:
Thunderous Booms-
The range of this cantrip increases to 30ft and any creature damaged by it is deafened till the end of their next turn.
Blade Ward:
Shield of Levistus-
7th level prerequisite
You may cast this cantrip as a bonus action, however the first attack roll against you after you cast it has advantage.
True Strike:
Supernatural Accuracy-
You may cast this cantrip as a bonus action, but may not do so again till your roll intiative at the start of combat or you complete a short or long rest. Alternatively, you may forgo casting it as bonus action to cast it as an action, and grant advantage on another creature's next attack, provided it happens before the end of their next turn.
I also have two non-cantrip invocations that I'd like critiqued:
Blood Sacrifice-
You may sacrifice 1d8+your Charisma modifier hit points to regain one spell slot as an action, once per long rest.
Step through Space-
15th level prerequisite
You may cast Misty Step at will, without expending a spell slot.
I really like most of these. There are a few that I have concerns about.
Grip of Vecna essentially makes chill touch a healing cantrip more powerful than cure wounds. Maybe this is a once per long/short rest thing.
Blood Sacrifice, without having any recharge time nor any scaling, feels too powerful. By 9th level, the average warlock (assuming a con of 12 and cha of 18) has at 57 hit points. That means that a warlock could (in theory) gain 6 additional 5th level spell slots. If it was a once per long rest thing, that might be more reasonable as would increasing the damage the higher the spell slot.
As for Step Through Space, consider other invocations that grant at will castings of 2nd level spells. Ascendant Step grants levitate at 9th level and Master of Myriad Forms grants alter self and Shroud of Shadow grants invisibility at 15th. The designers of D&D consider flight and teleportation powerful features. And while levitate gives the semblance of flight, it is no where near the power that misty step does, particularly at will. Consider a prerequisite of 15th level.

I see you made some of the suggested changes and I agree, I do like these but there are some that need some work.
Grip of Vecna - Just like what Astro said without some sort of restriction this can get out of hand. It needs to be toned back a bit but, if you want it to keep as a on hit effect without restrictions. I'd suggest removing the healing component and only have it be the temporary hit points
Thunderous Booms - The range of this needs to be brought down a notch. I'd suggest down to 10 feet, but you can deafened part.
Also side note, can you please reformat this to make it a bit easier to read. Something like this, and yes I did use my suggested change as part of the example.
