((Grandpa to just south of dead merc, to keep out of 5ft range of other merc, which would have put attacks at disadvantage.))
Grandpa sends two rays of fire scorching towards the guy on the carriage, burning through him and leaving him slumped and smoking on the seat, as two more arc across the courtyard over Black and under Red to impact the mercenary who was just getting back to his feet after getting run over by the carriage. He never even sees his death coming.
As Black and Red move to join their master, a crackling mist starts seeping out of Grandpa's mouth and nose, chaos building and swirling around him. Black bites as commanded, but Red seems very hesitant to alight on Grandpa's shoulder, as he's showing signs of loosing what tenuous control over the chaos that he otherwise enjoys...
Roll on this table at the start of each of your turns for the next minute, ignoring this result on subsequent rolls.
Keller moves along the roof as far as he can to the NW, and casts hold person on the tough near the carriage and Vrin, twinning the spell with a sorcery point. (If he can see either.)
He then jumps down onto a horse's back, attempting to follow.
((Can't see either to target (and would see tough is dead if you could) but I'd say it's your Action to make an Acrobatics check to jump off the roof onto a horse.))
(If possible Storm would tell him, through the mental link, to cast the spell on the horses pulling the carriage... If not possible, then just ignore.)

The carriage is out of Verne's view so he concentrates on the nearest goon that's not held by his vines. Holding concentration to maintain the tangled mess he conjures a small ball of flame and hurls it at the flunky.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Patter, acting on Storm's instructions to halt the carriage, moves to the north of the roof and attempts to leap down onto a horse, but mistimes his steps, stutter steps, all before his toe catches and he topples prone to the ground, landing awkwardly next to the now, even more panicked horse. ((Falling damage: 9, DC 10 Con Save if you want to keep your silent image up.))
Stables singes the flunky to the west of his vines, but they don't seem over troubled by it, but have definitely noted his position.
The rank and file mercenaries have very little interest in facing down whatever they have gotten themselves into, and largely break and run.
The one near Patter's touchdown stays the calmest, hopping on a horse and dashing around to the west. Very few otherwise have the presence of mind beyond just getting as far away as possible. Bryn's opponent crashes away to the south, leaving them open for an attack. The leader of the band of mercenaries calls out "Fall back, FALL BACK!", and suits actions to words as he falls back from Storm, a thundering crack leaving them staggering as they make their way to a horse and flee to the southwest.
"No! We need to protect Mister Vrin!", the flunkies seem to be floating a rather unpopular opinion.

The entangled mercenary tries to run, his feet don't move, and he pitches forward on his face. He yanks at his legs, trying to get free.

He's now prone and stuck.
((Bryn and Storm can take opportunity attacks! All others disengaged or weren't threatened.))
Kinras continues his weird metallic humming, selecting something else from the seemingly invisible table of options in front of him. A glowing spectral hammer appears behind one of the flunkies, and smashes down on it (spiritual weapon). He then moves to get as close as he can, then his eye sparks and winks at the same flunkie. As he stares into Kinras’s eye, it seems to implode in on itself into a whirl of chaotic colors. The flunkies mind reels from this, trying to process what it just saw (mind sliver).
Spiritual weapon attack: 23 Damage: 9 force
Surge for tides: 100
Mind sliver, DC 13 Int save or take 9 psychic and subtract 4 from its next saving throw.

((Cantrips don't trigger surges, and if you already surged following tides, you just have the 1 surge/turn anyway.))
Rusty feels the chaos surging within as they call forth a glowing blue hammer to smite one of the enemies, pushing past the enormous Bolt to give him a good, hard stare too.
100 You regain all expended sorcery points
((Not sure if you'd spent any, but you get them all back.))
The bodyguard moves to a window and fires out at one of the flunkies in the vines, the thud of a heavy crossbow preceding the meaty slap of it hitting the restrained goon.
BB dashes out of the barn and clocks the wagon. He dashes north towards it as far as he can before misty stepping to it, action surging and shoving the dead guy on it off and stopping the horses.
((Based on order operations, BB wouldn't surge here, as the spell is cast before Tides check. But will surge after the next leveled spell cast.))
BB runs around the east side, his route to the carriage blocked by rearing and foaming horses, panicking at the chaos, but he blips around them appearing in a shimmer of mist next to the dead driver. The mercenary fleeing behind the barn squeaks at his sudden arrive as BB unloads the dead guy and hauls back on the reigns, halting the horse pulling the wagon.
The carriage door swings open and Vrin grabs hold of the coachmen's handles, extending a clenched fist at BB, a silver ring glistening on his middle finger. Before BB has a chance to do much more than notice the wide-eyed look on Vrin's weasel face, fist jerks back as a blast of force sweeps across the driver's seat, the ring's shape enlarging into a ram's head that BB throws himself back to avoid, the displaced air whooshing past with a force he can feel in his gut.
Attack: 13 Damage: 46
His desperate attack missing, Vrin curses and ducks back into the carriage.
((I'll say that BB gets an opportunity attack, but at disadvantage following the close call.))

Bolt slowly looks behind her back and sees Vrin fall out of the door of the carriage with an axe in his head.
So she turns her attention to the clumped heap of ant-like enemies in front of her and takes a couple of stomping steps to position herself perfectly ((to get as many enemies inside the green square)) and unleashes her breath weapon 30 (5x90ft line, DEX DC13 lightning damage)
Ayen runs out of the building and sees that no one is close enough for an attack. He keeps running towards the enemies restrained by the vines while focusing on defense.
