Bearamble sensing (smelling) that Ryndar has charged forward will charge with him, following his nose. There is no time to wait for light, he must depend on his sense of smell to engage the enemy and hope that light will come shortly.
He will attempt to use all of his 40’ of movement to push past Snigbat and avoid spoiling Ryndar’s shot to locate and attack the rats. If he cannot reach the rats after entering the chamber, he will try and target a smelly goblin within range (not returning to the entrance to claw Snigbat).
Assuming a rat or goblin is in range, he will attack one, or more, at disadvantage due to the darkness.
Bite Attack: 7 Damage: 5
Claw Attack: 10 Damage: 12
If he is not in range at 40’, Bearamble will dash to where he smells the rats and let out a roar that will shake the stalagmites then lick his chops (waiting for round 1).
Helena stays behind the bulky form of Bramble. She will ready an action. Once everyone has finished their actions this round she will pull out her light source and toss it into the room ahead.
Ryndar moves into the room and quickly assesses the situation: there is one goblin next to Snigbat to his left and two more further into the chamber on his right. And in the northwest corner of the cave are several giant rats who seem to be feeding on a carcass. Straight ahead of Ryndar, behind a low wall of fallen rocks is a goblin in a chain shirt who looks a little more well fed than the rest. This must be Boss Hark. After moving to avoid being flanked by goblins on his left and right, Ryndar fires at Hark, his arrow piercing deep into the goblin’s side. Hark looks at him in surprise and fear. (Wisdom save: 19 ) However, he turns his pain to anger and growls at his attacker.
The moment Snigbat sees this, she attacks the goblin next to her with her scimitar. Attack: 17 Damage: 6 . Snigbat's scimitar cuts into Zukluk's shoulder and she staggers. “Zukluk, I don’t want to kill you. Join me. Hark is weak.”
Bearamble squeezes through the narrow passage which reduces his movement to 20 feet. This is just enough to get him into the chamber. He smells a goblin to his immediate right (not where he heard Snigbat’s voice, so it must be a different one). In the darkness, his bite and claw attacks do not find their target.
Bearamble is right at the entrance, but now there is enough room that Daerthe, Essie, and Helena could get past him if they have enough movement. Hark’s chamber is getting crowded. There are only a few areas that aren’t taken up by combatants. Essie is up, followed by Sphyboe and Daerthe.

(Do you want to ready the Dash action to run up closer and then throw the light in? I would allow you to throw the light as a free action. You wouldn't be able to get into the chamber because there will be too many people right at the end of the passage, but you could get close enough to throw your light. You would still be about 15 feet out of the chamber.)

(After seeing the situation in the cavern, could Ryndar use his bonus action to misty step back to the opening he sees on the north wall for some cover?)

Sphyboe will use her movement to enter the consticted cave but she's not going to advance more than 15 feet. Finally, she stands between the two goblins 'Snigbat' and 'Zukluk', then she conjures up a small piece of mica chip while using her fingers for tracing invisible markings.
She will cast Shatter to inflict Thunder Damage to the swarm of giant rats. An intense sound starts to brew from the midst of the bunch of rats that will cover the radius of 10 feet to create a sphere of sound that begins to transform into a bellowing tune finally reaching the pitch of a thunderous blast. As a bonus action, she's been using one Sorcery Point to enhance the damage of the spell to take advantage of the 'Empowered Spell' feature.
Damage: 7 +7 +3
Rerolling (2,4): 2 +3
Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw against DC 12. A creature takes 3d8 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Essie quickly follows after the others down the tunnel, not really bothering with being stealthy any more. Not that it'd really worked for her in the first place. She moves as far as she can down the tunnel, coming up behind Bearamble. She can't help but give him a little pat as she pretty much sets up shop right behind him. She doesn't have to strain much to see over top of him, but it's still difficult for her to get an eye on any enemy. She's pretty sure those are the rats she can see over Bearamble, though. So she waves a hand, casting sacred flame on the first rat she sees and says, "Please die quickly." It's the first spell she's cast in Common rather than Celestial; she just really does not care for rats. Especially large ones.

Daerthe will use her movement to get past the large bear in her way. She well then throw her energy blade the same goblin that Ryndar did, throwing another soon after.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Essie pushes into Bearamble enough to see the rats and cast Sacred Flame. She doesn’t want to impede Bearamble so she steps back into the passage again. (Giant Rat Dex save 3 ) The rat is unable to dodge the radiant flames and squeals in pain.
Meanwhile, Sphyboe pushes past Snigbat and Bearamble. The only open space to stand is just north of Zukluk, the goblin that Snigbat slashed with her scimitar. An intense sphere of sound erupts from the midst of the giant rats. (Con saves: 13, 10, 19, 14, 19, 11, 18, ) Four of the giant rats shake and squeal and fall down dead, but three are still standing.
Daerthe wants to get past the large bear, but there is literally nowhere given the goblins, Sphyboe, and Ryndar all to the west and north of the bear. However, she does manage to step between Essie and the bear for a moment, throw her daggers at Boss Hark, and then step back into her corner. Unfortunately, the combination of a very distracting loud noise and tight quarters, neither dagger finds its mark.
At this point, Helena dashes up behind Essie and tosses her light source over the bear into the chamber which is now filled with bright light.
After another moment, the giant rat that was burned by Essie’s Sacred Flame also falls dead from the thunder damage of the Shatter spell. Only two giant rats remain and they are both badly hurt. Snigbat, hoping that Zukluk sees reason, drops her shield, draws her shortbow and fires at Boss Hark. Attack: 15 Damage: 6
Boss Hark bashes the arrow away with his shield. "You'll pay for this treachery!" he shouts at her.
(Ryndar is up, followed by Helena and Bearamble. Helena will not be able to move into the room, but she can see Zukluk who might be joining your side and Boss Hark.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bearamble is really wanting to taste rat meat but can’t get to the survivors until he gets past a couple of goblins, and he doesn’t want to give the opportunity attacks as he passes. So, he will attack northward targeting the one north and east and move to the next one north and east if he finishes the first one off. Hopefully that opens the passage and gets Bearamble out of the line of fire from his friends.
Looking past Essie, Bearamble, and Sphyboe, Helena can just make out Boss Hark’s location. Knowing her Sleep spell affects any creature within 20 feet of its center, she imagines a point some 15 feet behind him and releases it there. An invisible shock wave goes out and the goblin leader blinks and then falls unconscious. Those within the cavern can see that the spell managed to catch the last two giant rats as well. They also drop to the ground, asleep.
Bearamble bites and claws at the two goblins on the east side as he moves north into the chamber, but they dodge his attacks. He still manages to find a position between the goblins and the dead and sleeping giant rats. He does nudge one of the sleeping ones out of his way a little.
(Since the giant rats are all dead or asleep, Essie is now up, followed by Sphyboe and Daerthe. There is still the goblin Zukluk at the southern end of the chamber, who Snigbat was trying to win over. And there are two goblins along the east wall, although Essie can’t see those ones unless she moves into the room. Since Bearamble has moved, she could enter if she wishes.)

Essie steps into the cavern proper now that Bearamble is out of her way. She looks around with a faint hum, taking in both the sleeping and dead bodies around. Then she looks at the goblins along the east wall and sighs. "We really don't have to fight, you know," she tells them. "I don't think it will end well for you." But she doesn't let down her guard. Instead, she puts a hand over her holy symbol and will ready her next move. If one of the goblins choose to continue the attack, she will cast sacred flame on them.

Sphyboe will draw out her Handaxe and move towards the sleeping/ unconscious goblin. Then she's seen using the wooden handle to poke him so that he wakes up. In fact, she has been planning to improvise an action; and the confrontation between Essie and the goblins has inspired her to do so. If the goblin boss wakes up, she will aim her weapon at the lying creature while attempting to hold it menacingly:
"Boss Hark, surrender now and we will spare your life!"
Essie steps into the chamber, takes it in, and suggests to the goblins that the fight may be over. Sphyboe steps away from Zukluk who is frowning and holding her wounded shoulder to try to stem the bleeding. As the half elf passes her, the other goblin who stands to the east hisses a bit, but doesn’t attack. Having made her way around the low stone wall, Sphyboe nudges Hark awake and offers him the opportunity to surrender. He growls a little, but doesn’t respond with any other aggression and remains prone.
