Aesir lets out a series of haunting wails as the she is hit. As the moonbeam's radiant fire envelopes her all those near here can see her skin shift and stretch over bones, muscles contorting in a gruesome and unnatural way as the spell attempts to turn her back into her original shape of a human. Black ichor pours from every orifice on her faces as the skin snaps back violently into the bestial form she now appears to be stuck in. Black beady eyes burning with anger stare down the group. Her large form baring down  so heavily on the door frame that cracks have began to form on the wall.

From your knowledge of the spell, it should be able to return any who get caught in its flames back to their original shape if they are shapeshifter. The fact that she was not returned to human form suggest either that this is not a form she has taken of her own free will, possibly transformed by something deeper in the halls, and/or this form, however it was attained, has become her permanent one.

Jc assumed this, Byg’wigg has confirmed it.

Quintoc utters an arcane word and marks the beast as his quarry ( Hunter's Mark ) as he backs away. Then he draws and fires an arrow.

Kai from his spot against the wall, throws out his hand, as a bright blue light envelopes the limb, he says. "Forgive me Aseir, but you are not the woman I once knew."

There is a flash of blue as radiant flames join the light of the moonbeam, gathering on Aseir's twisted form.

Aseir Dex Save:18

Aseir is able to shake off any damage the flames would have had. Kai balls up his fist and slams it onto the floor beside him in frustration.

Aseir backs away from the door, twin voice howling in anger as she takes the damage from the blooming blade before ramming into the wall once more.

Attack:24 Damage:11 for the door.

The walls crack appear deeper, large chunks of stone fall from the pressure she in putting on the wall. With her last action shr reaches in and swipes a Ivellios.

Attack:9 Damage:14 for Ivellios.

Ivellios will pray for his bonus action casting Divine Favor! Once he finishes he will attack her using his Halberd.

[With his Sacred Weapon he gains a +2 to hit making it a +7]

Hit: 23

If his Halberd connects he will spend another spell slot to Divine Smite her with radiant damage.

Damage: 5 + 4 + 5

Scamp continues his war dance to distract the she beast and help his master attack.

Byg’wigg will mimic Scamp’s war dance as he uses Grovel, Cower, and Beg. However, because Byg’wigg is best, Byg’wigg give all allies advantage, “Be fearing Byg’wigg! Byark! Gyoh! Gah!”

Moonbeam damage: 14 radiant damage, Con Save.

Lari will charge in again with his thunderous battle cry just before stabbing with his rapier. Booming blade. Attack: 19. Damage: 5+9. If target moves: +2.

Lari then disengages and moves back behind the cover of the alter.

Another volley of powerful attacks hit Aseir, her wailing becoming horrifying shrieks of pain due to the wound inflicted on her. Endless streams of black begin pour from her body as each new gash forms.

Kai, now whispering prayers feverishly under his breath, will attempt to engulf her in radiant flames once more.

Aseir, enraged by the damage that has been dealt, backs away from the door(taking the damage), and lifts two massive paws up onto each side of the wall. With little effort the wall crumbles, the large twisted body stumble through the new entrance bearing both sets of teeth at the group and she closes in the two who have been causing the biggest problems for her.

Multiattack: One bite and claw at Ivellios and a bite at Byg'wygg.
