Shanty curses as he sees Gulp go down, and realizes he can't easily get to him. Instead, he'll cast a swirling pattern of lights in the bubble (hypnotic pattern), but only if he can position it so it doesn't hit any allies.

With a muttered curse to Umberlee, Undertow swims into the zombie fray. The moment he's there however, the defeaning silence comes to an end to the north, as Undertow summons another underwater spirit to embrace the fallen Locathah, bringing him back to consciousness.. or so he hoped. Though if dead well before then, or safely presumably as much, then it is Bubbles that benefits from the spirit.
Either way, Shoreseeker is drawn soon after to menace the undead. Though as he did so, a poignant twist of the blade off to the side is signal enough for Riptide to lay crushing tentacles upon Gar, hopefully locking him tight, and maybe even distracting the would-be conqueror.
Movement: To AH-29.
Bonus Action: Cast (3rd level)Healing Spirit over at Gulp's space, restoring 5 HP to Gulp(or Bubbles, if Gulp dies to Legendary Actions).
Bubbles continues to deliver Last Rites to the undead near him. His first attack bursts into divine light and throws the sailor back into the hole it rose from. (Undead Sailor #1 takes 33 magical piercing and radiant damage and is DEFEATED.)
Bubbles then turns and pokes the next zombie twice. There is no radiant light this time around, but the result is the same. The sailor's torso open up with a gash and it falls to its sandy tomb once more. (Undead Sailor #5 takes 48 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
There is still one undead sailor engaged with both Bubbles and Barnacle.

The blanket of coral that formed overGulp's unconscious body seems to squeeze the monk a bit too tightly, forcing some extra blood out of his wounds. (Gulp's DEATH saves: 0/1.)
Shaolar wakens from his stunned condition just in time to see a complex Hypnotic Pattern imitating sea shells burst in the waters beyond him and Gar. From afar, and unable to move, Shanty believes for a brief moment that he has suceeded in neutralizing and incapacitating both enemies, but Gar shakes it off a second later.
-> Shaolar is under the effect of the spell but Gar uses his Legendary Resistance to succeed.
LEGENDARY ACTION
His claw now unoccupied, Gar tires to close it around the nearby octopus:
-> Claw vs. Riptide: Attack: 15 Damage: 10 (This attack is supposed to be at advantage. Here's a second roll: 10.)
(@Ori: I'm moving Undertow to {AI-32} as he is still affected by Semi-Slow. I'll prioritize the healing spell.)
Having to choose between the life of his companion and maintaining the bubble of Silence around Gar, Undertow evokes his ethereal clown fish back into the battlefield. Gulp opens his eyes, an immediately notices his pain and inability to swim. (Gulp recovers 5 HP but remains prone and restrained.)
Far from his master, Riptide tries to retaliate against Gar but fails.
-> Undertow's end-of-turn CON saving throw {DC 18}: 11
Gar is able to speak again: "You fools! You are only delaying the inevitable!" He says a few words and produces three illusory versions of himself, shifting in place and mimicking his every movement. Even Gulp and Riptide, who are very close to him, cannot tell which of the four is the real Gar.
Gar moves around a bit {Z-22} while keeping Riptide in place.
(Sandlot and Barnacle are up next. They are both restrained but can take an action on their turns to make a {DC 18} Athletics or Acrobatics check to free themselves.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Barnacle taps a finger to his forehead and gives a knowing look: You don't need to strain against the coral engulfing you when you can stab your enemies from where you are.
Attack 1:19 Damage: 14
Attack 2:12 Damage: 13
(OOC If the first attack downs the zombie, can the second attack be directed against the coral at Bubble's feet either to weaken it and reduce the DC or give advantage?)

Gulpreturned to life suddenly and with such a bouquet of pains and unpleasant feelings, he finally understood the meaning of the word "hangover" - a condition he was hopelessly trying to achieve for years. Even vision did not came back in full - the monk saw three Gars now! "As if one was not annoying enough!" He tried to punch at least one of them, though, the coral made it difficult:
(@Lerus: Ah yes.. slow. Forgot about that as well. Though in fairness, ya did sidetracked me with comments about riptide being restrained after the fact, as if that was the bigger issue. >.>;a)
Even with Gulp's revival, however temporary as it may turn out to be, Sandlot still looked troubled as he looked to the holy symbol in hand. Gar's death threats and grand claims fall on deaf ears when it came to the aged Locathah, as far more concerning thought came to mind. For in his earlier attempt to maintain some form of equilibrium between peace and "necessary" violence, the power of Eldath that flowed through him felt weaker than usual.
Taking it as a sign -- a warning from his goddess, Sandlot would weep if it were even possible. But knowing the time regardless to be to poor for such things, Sandlot's expression soon took on a more grim cast. "Amble... See to Gulp, if you would... See to the others first, come what may."He requests. Trusting then in the Tortle to have some healing magic yet remaining, the old cat fish struggled to use what little movement the coral entrapping him allotted to bring music box to chest, and hum a prayer meant to empower Bubbles, Barnacle, and himself further.
Action: Cast (1st level)Bless on Bubbles, Barnacle, and Sandlot.
Future Reaction: If any member that isn't bubbles that's under the Warding Bond takes damage while within 30ft, Sandlot will use Protective Bond to teleport next to them, and take the damage. If Bubbles however would be hit with a crit (somehow) or take lightning damage, he will get priority.

Lucky to have one arm free and spotting Gar still within range, Gulpuses his fist as a hammer and catches the clawed humanoid's foot. To the monk's surprise, his fist passes through one of the illusory images Gar had created. It is not a complete miss, however, as one of the illusions is destroyed at least.
After making a request to Amble, Sandlot boosts the fighting ability of part of the party. (Bubbles, Barnacle, and Sandlot are now affected by Bless.)
(@MB: I'll add a d4 to each of your attacks from Bless and another d4 to your second attack from Emboldened Bond:113. The two totals are 23 and 17.)
Edit:Barnacle's attacks should have been rolled with disadvantage. Here are two additional roll: 13 and 19. The two final attack rolls are 14 and 17. They still hit.
The last undead sailor is proving to be a more stubborn enemy than the other four. Barnacle mangles it with two more thrusts of his powerful trident, but the sailor still stands. (Undead Sailor #3 takes 21 magical piercing damage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shaolar is under the effects o Hypnotic Pattern, and thus momentarily out of the fight.
Amble "hmms" at Sandlot and tries to follow the suggested plan. They move a bit closer {AM-27} and says the words: "May the Balm of the Summer Court bring you back strength."
-> Balm of the Summer Court: 11
Still restrained, Gulp feels more of his wounds magically closing and a thin protective sheen forming on his scales. (Gulp recover 11 HP and gains 6 Temp HP.)
The tortle also finds the time to cast dispel magic once more, doing away with Undertow's Semi-Slow effect.
Noticing that his herd of allies are getting thin, Gar thrusts his trident downward again and screams: "Rise!"
Five new undead sailors rise from their slumber and move towards Gar's enemies. Three of them get close to Bubbles {AJ-28}, {AK-28}, and {AK-29}. One more comes close to Undertow and Barnacle {AI-31}. The fifth one approaches Shanty {AR-31}.
(Bubbles, Gulp, Shanty, and Undertow go next. Gulp and Shanty are both restrained but can take an action on their turns to make a {DC 18} Athletics or Acrobatics check to free themselves.)
As the new wave of dead rise Bubbles takes a second to glance around "Hells...we cant keep this up - Barnacle - ignore them and go kill Gar!"
And with that brief instruction, Bubbles continues to swing at the creatures with everything he has, hoping that the story of this battle might be carried home and told if he falls
First attacks will be at the one at AJ30 (already wounded??) and if this is downed, he will use Last Rites reach to strike at the on still near Barnacle (AI31) as long as he does not have to move and take an Oppy Attack from the new ones near him (intent is to destroy the one threatening Barnacle to free him to move). If he can't attack AI31 from where he is , he will just spin after dealing with AJ30 and come down on AJ28 with overhead attack(s).
(Reckless Attacks, GWM on each attack, Bless added)
Divine Fury 10 to be applied to the first attack that hits
Last Rites attack 1: 18 Damage: 27
Last Rites attack 2: 22 Damage: 33
Assuming he hits and kills/crits another one below is the extra roll for GWM feat
Last Rites attack 2: 26 Damage: 21
And if drinking a potion is ruled as Bonus Action he will slam his potion skin to his mouth somewhere between attacks and suck it in (30) to clear some of his wounds

From his position Gulp could not do much with all the restrains. But he had his dagger. Even two daggers (three, to be precise but one was in the backpack)!
Both were sent at two Gars! (Gulp was happy to get his vision back) (Range attacks with disadvantage)
Though indirectly tempted by Bubble's offer, Undertow was determined yet to put blade to undead first, and at least thin the heard. So, with a sharp command in halfling to Riptide to strike and hold Gar in place, the young ranger unleashed a flurry of attacks on the closest of twisted foes before him.
Bonus Action: Command Riptide to Attack. Binding Strike - Attack: 10 Damage: 9 magical bludgeoning.(At Gar). If hit, target is grappled.
Action: Primal Combination. #1 Shoreseeker - Attack: 24 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. magical piercing at Zombie on AI-31. (or move and attack the next most wounded zombie near Bubbles) #2 Shoreseeker - Attack: 16 Damage: 11 magical piercing at Zombie on AI-31.(or move and attack the next most wounded zombie near Bubbles)
Future Reaction(Addendum): If Barnacle is damaged by a OA while within 30ft of Sandlot, Protective Bond will be used to teleport Sandlot and take the damage in his place. If above is triggered, Conc. Save for Bless: 16.
Shanty curses as he sees Gulp go down, and realizes he can't easily get to him. Instead, he'll cast a swirling pattern of lights in the bubble (hypnotic pattern), but only if he can position it so it doesn't hit any allies.
