With your backs to the southern wall of the keep, you can see the underside of the arch in the southern wall. About 20 feet above the water, you note an iron grate filling the area atop which sits a turret of similar height to the other towers, though shorter than the keep. You would have seen a similar turret on the north side, but probably not from underneath while you were underwater, but possibly tabsqui did when he looked out.
Here us an overview of the whole castle- might make it easier to figure out and from inside the walls, you would see most of the doors that are shown here or expect the ones you can't see.
(My suggestion would be that Hamish stand a distance east of the main gate and start lobbing boulders and trees over the wall to create a distraction. While the defenders concentrate on the external threat, Tabaqui could check out that potential secret door. If that doesn't pan out, does anyone know levitate or fly?)
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Is there any kind of entrance on the southern wall that might lead to the keep?)
Marlyth remains underwater and sends a telepathic message:
"Someone might detect our presence from the highest floors of the towers. Let's swim towards the western wall."
(Fun fact: I have been inspecting the full map posted above, and was wondering why Tyreus didn't conjure a 'first floor'.)
That's an American vs European naming convention. When I'm in Germany I enter the building typically by the "first floor". Doing the same thing in America places me on the "ground floor" the turrets are an exception as they are built above the arches, forgoing a first floor, and as you may have noticed, the second floor of the central (East) guard tower on the lakeshore is completely open.
@Inkedbee: although not clear to me on the map, there are stated in the description to be doors on the north and south towers on the lakeshore. As the other sides have either walls or stairs, rhey would have to either be on the west side or built into the sides of the stairs. I'm going with being in the west walls of the respective towers.
Some or all of you swim your way thorugh rhe southern arch to access the quest wall. You find it completely impenetrable, but do notice a very small rocky outcropping a few feet west of the tower.
Anyone attempting this maneuver should make a stealth check if they're still trying yo be stealthy.
<Is this happening? We're having Hamish hurl stuff at the castle as a distraction?>
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Hamish doesn't have to hurl stones as a distraction since that can be compared to the act of self-destruction. Let's see if plan-B works out)
Assuming that Marlyth can hear everything through the telepathic link, she places herself near the southern arch of the castle and starts casting Control Water on the water of the lake. She has selected the effect 'flood' to raise the water level of the lake so the second floor (lake shore) is inundated and the group of guards are forced to leave the shore.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tabaqui swears mentally as the waters begin to rise. "Dammit Marlyth, you always go off on your own without consulting the rest of us!"
Staying low to the surface of the water he will approach the East face of the tower, and inspect irregularities he saw before, checking for an entrance.
Investigation 10
(Edit- I changed the text and it changed the die roll. the orginal result was 18)
(@Syd_Wartnose, Friendly advice, the 'control water' spell is quite peculiar so don't assume the result before our DM declares the effect. There might be a 'first floor' between the ground floor and the second floor, the spell might reveal that too. Edit: Nevermind, the writers of the module are not using British English.)

They're not really guarding, they're training, darting and the like. The elementals are guarding. The pair of water ones immediately take notice of the water rising 10ft. So does the air Elemental perched on the southern arch.
The iron lions flee the flooding lakeshore and ascend the stairs, two to the north, two to the south.

Tabaqui checks the wall before the water atarts to rise. He can tell this section was added after the rest of the outer wall was constructed. He is not spotted as the water starts to rise above the narrow piece of land around the tower, but there's not much to hide behind, but the elementals have t seen yoi yet, just the rising water. They are now actively searching

(@Brian, Yeah, outside the wall. Let's be careful of the water elemental. @Rob, Marlyth can 'fly' but the party doesn't know that yet.)

Tauzan will swim with the group (my understanding was through the south side). He will try to remain stealthy.
