"They are swimming away!" Hissed Kairus to both express his frustration and hint to the snakes that their attention (at least some of them) might be needed in the water. In case Mrs. Thinn was able to understand the urgency as well, he repeated the phrase in the Common tongue as well.
With two more swift attacks, Kairus puts an end to the last pirate bent on victory at the beach. (Pirate Crew#9 takes 10 piercing and slashing damage and is DEFEATED.)
This is no skin off Dinsly's back, who continues swimming toward the pirate vessel.
(Yulmiath, and Hun are up next. They both need to roll a DEATH saving throw. Mrs. Thinn and the Poisonous Snakes can also take their turn. Kairus may want to move before his turn is officially over. Krodhen is stable, so there is not much he can do during his turn.)
Mrs. Thinn does at least look to Kairus, then over to the remaining pirates on the beach and tap her fist together. For now that there were fewer "leaders" to eliminate, it was far easier to decide her next course of action! But as she started to take that first step, the knee nearly gives out, causing her to stumble forward and nearly collapse on the beach. At the same time Hun lets out a pained cough flecked with blood. Mrs. Thinn looks to her Kobold creator with eyes whose internal lights began flickering as her body began to shake and tremble, revealing perhaps for the first time to Kairus just how inexorably linked creation was to creator.
Trapped again between programmings, the construct spent a few tense seconds looking back and forth between the last beach pirate and key to her continued survival, before ultimately seeing to the later in her approach of Hun to try and stabilize the kobold's condition with very stiff and rudimentary techniques. And only with success would she dare to leave his side to finish the mission.
Movement(Mrs. Thinn): To OV-32.
Action(Mrs. Thinn): Attempt to Stabilize(DC 10) Hun with a 7.
As for the surviving snakes, Kairus would get the sense that while the snakes registered and acknowledged his very true words, none except save the one(shredder) appeared to have any inkling or desire to pursue fleeing threats. Not without a bit more convincing. Otherwise, once the last pirate laid dead or managed to flee to the sea, odds are the snakes would find their way into the water as well, but all too likely seek out freedom and a return to basic concerns.
(@Blue: Aka, may have to drop a persuasion check at some point to keep the snakes motivated now that the immediate threats are fleeing)
Movement(Shredder-OV-35): To OU-30
Action(Shredder): Lash out at Pirate(OT-30). (Melee, Lethal)Bite - Attack: 24 Damage: 1 of piercing damage. Con Save(20 vs DC 11) to take half of 4 additional poison damage.
Movement(Rocksteady-OR-34): To OS-30.
Action(Rocksteady-OX-31): Snap at Pirate(OT-30). (Melee, Lethal)Bite - Attack: 8 Damage: 1 of piercing damage. Con Save(21 vs DC 11) to take half of 6 additional poison damage.
Movement(Splinter-OV-31): To OT-29.
Action(Splinter): Lash out at Pirate(OT-30) (Melee, Lethal)Bite - Attack: 16 Damage: 1 of piercing damage. Con Save(7 vs DC 11) to take half of 4 additional poison damage.
(OOC: Once last beach pirate falls, they'll spend any remaining movement heading towards the ocean, but not really in pursuit)

Yulmiath grunts, which can be interpreted as a good sign. (Yulmiathsucceeds a DEATH saving throw.)
Hun coughs and a blob of blood accompanies the expelled air. Mrs. Thinn tries to come to her master's aid, but takes some time to load the proper medical programs. (Hunfails a DEATH saving throw.)
The remaining snakes act according to their survival instincts and contextual hints provided by Kairus. Shredder is the more aggressive one of the bunch, and as a reward for their daring offensive maneuver, the reptile claims another life. (Pirate Crew#6 {OT-30} takes 6 piercing and poison damage and is DEFEATED.)
(@Ori: I'm reinterpreting the snakes' turn a bit given that their target fell after the first attack.)
Rocksteady and Splinter make their way to the water, with the latter having a chance to snap at another runaway pirate while the former simply speeds up {OU-22}. Attacking in the water proves to be a bit harder, and Splinter {OV-25} misses their mark. This same pirate then continues to go deeper into the ocean, caring little for the nearby snakes.
-> Rocksteady and Splinter can each perform an opportunity attack against Pirate Crew#2, who is moving west from {OV-24}.
The other two pirates continue to swim away (off the map).
(Rhogal is up next but he is already stable. For now, let's get those opportunity attacks before finishing up this initiative round.)
Reaction: AoO for Rocksteady. (Melee, Lethal)Bite - Attack: 22 Damage: 1 of piercing damage. Con Save(18 vs DC 11) to take half of 6 additional poison damage.
Reaction: AoO for Splinter. (Melee, Lethal)Bite - Attack: 25 Damage: 2 of piercing damage. Con Save(13 vs DC 11) to take half of 7 additional poison damage.

Despite two successful passing snaps at the runaway pirate, he manages to endure the poison and continue swimming. (Pirate Crew#2 takes 6 piercing and poison damage.)
War-cries get louder on The Renegade. You hear the loud snap of another ballista shot being released but, this time, the bolt was aimed somewhere on or into the ship! Something falls overboard and splashes into the ocean.
(Kairus is up next. If commanding the snakes, let's go with the persuasion check idea. No action required.)

There were turtles' lives on the line but as much as Kairus wanted to save the villagers, his friends were dying right now. He leaned over the old kobold checking what can be done.
Medicine check to stabilize Hun: 4 (last Luck point if needs to be: 18 )
Noticing that Mrs. Thinn is having some difficulties, Kairus approaches {OX-31}, let's go of the borrowed handaxe, sheathes his dagger, and performs CPR on the old kobold. (Hun is now STABLE.)
In the distance, Dinsly continues to swim.
(Yulmiath and Mrs. Thinn are up next. Yulmiath needs to roll a DEATH saving throw. Since there was no persuasion attempt, poisonous snakes will revert to pure instinct this round.)

Just to help me decide something:
Mrs. Thinn Wis Save(DC 10): 7. (7)
Seeing Hun's breathing finally begin to stabilize, a more self-assured Mrs. Thinn could finally straighten out and scan the beach front for more enemies. But as all of which were fleeing however, she'd watch them for a few moments more prior to looking again to Hun. Armageddon protocols were fairly clear, but... No, they were clear enough. So without further hesitation, she'd fish out one of Hun's alchemist's bombs, walk along the beach for the most optimal dive point, then follow through in leaping into the ocean and giving chase after the pirates.
All with the single minded purpose of ' slay all enemies'.
Movement(Mrs. Thinn): To OR-19, or as close to it as possible at a Dash.
Mrs.Thinn corrects for the sudden lapse in form and resumes the armageddon protocol. As she sets out is pursuit of the fleeing pirates, she kicks up some sand onto Yulmiath. There is no reaction from the valiant dragonborn. No cough, no wince, no jerking movement... (Yulmiathfails a DEATH saving throw and is now DEAD.)
With the threat to their scaly skin now more distant, and their poison sacks now empty, Rocksteady, Splinter, and Shredder retreat to the relative safety of the wilds (they all move toward the northwest).
The three fleeing pirate crew members continue to swim westward.
A loud burst and a wave of heat come from the ship. Something aboard catches fire. Lost in the cacophony that follows, you can hear screams of fear mixed with those of encouragement. Another figure, what or whoever it might be, hits the water.

Kairus saw enough deaths to understand that he was too late to help Yulmiath now. But he, himself, could still move and the fight was not over. He could not do much but intended to do all he could. He dropped the useless blades and raised his crossbow.
Full move (30ft) after Dinsly (if I am not mistaken it should place her 70ft from Kairus?)
Avoiding any dead bodies on the ground, be them friend or foe, Kairus runs alongside the water's edge {OT-25} until he manages to capture Dinsly within his crossbow's range. A shot soon follows but the bolt misses the pirate spellcaster by a couple of feet.
Reminded that she is still in danger, Dinsly swims ever closer to the ship.
(Mrs. Thinn is up next. She is 35ft away from the closest pirate, and 65ft away from Dinsley.)
