Vrah will enter the room battleaxe at the ready and do a quick search in the water pools for anything of value or if there are any other secret ways out of this room.
Question: is Vrah going into the first natural chamber (to the right) that didn't seem to have an exit or the room to the left that has walls and floors? From the opening where Fargas is looking in, you can see that the room has an exit leading to the north.
Vethna is still fairly dazzled by the light, and is unable to look around the dead-end chamber very well. (Rolled perception and got an 8...)
As the others move on back the way they came, then down the left-hand tunnel, she takes the lead and reaches it with the halfling. She pauses outside the door and glances inside, using the light to look around. (Rolled another perception, got a 9... She really is having troubles with that light spell up and going...)
At the end of this passageway, the wall has collapsed, revealing a room of worked stone on the other side. It is 15 feet square. The room ha an exit to the north which is also appears to be a constructed passageway as opposed to a natural formation. What remains of a door lies on the floor of the room, its hinges rusted and wood has largely rotted. There are some large urn or clay pots stacked against the wall opposite you. Some of these have broken with whatever was inside long ago turned to dust. The floor of this room is about a foot lower than the natural passageway you are in and it looks to have about 6 inches of water built up in it. Water is trickling in from the passage you are in, from the hallway to the north and streaming down from a large split in the ceiling that runs diagonally from the crack in the wall where you are looking in towards the north exit. Phodoxia's pebble is underwater on the floor of the room, glowing up through the water and casting rippling shadows on the walls and ceiling.

As Vrah crosses the room, something dark and gray oozes out of the cracks in the ceiling and drops towards him. A large pseudopod stretches out from its form trying to strike the bugbear across the shoulders as it falls.

It does 5 points of bludgeoning damage to him and then you hear sizzling as acid burns him for an additional 4 points of damage. (This was a surprise round)
Fargas splashes into the room and stabs his sword straight through the blob and shouts "Ha! Take that!" he pulls his sword back and hears hissing. "Ack! This things trying to eat my sword!"
Vethna stays back, but, taking careful aim, sends a crossbow bolt slamming into the enemy... Using Steady Aim. To hit is a 24, base damage is 5, sneak attack damage is 8.

Kisiki peers into the carved stone room and says to Fargas, "Yes, this may be it."

Tanis continues to bring up the rear as the group approaches the room of worked stone, staying 25' away from the light source (so he is in darkness).

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
[OOC: I was saying Vrah would go into the squarish room to the west, with the few puddles of water shown on the map and then the exit to the north.]
Vrah can roll a perception check to see if he notices something or if he's surprised.
It will be contested against this stealth roll 6
And everyone can roll initiative
