Gale, staring strait into the Nothic's eye, reveals his secret. (I'm not rolling because this will progress the role-play story)
...
As the Nothic learns this secret, he stumbles back in fear: "Wh... wh... who are you? You cannot possibly be the son of Akadi. Your are not even an elemental!" He says this with fear in his eyes.
@GamingArcitectV2: How do you explain that Gale went from one description to the other in a single turn? I realise that you prefer to play in a more narrative and heroic style without the inconvenience of too many rolls but, please, also try to understand my point. It's hard to organise a combat without any rules where everyone just states whatever their character would love to do without their fantasy being too much hold back by the limitation of any regulation. I'm not even sure what you would like us to do here? In your opinion the Nothic should just turn tail on this revelation, or is he charmed and will he serve as your/our servant? I don't get it. Moreover, the Nothic needs to burn an action in his turn for 'Weird Insight' (which is the feature you used to make him note your secret). That said, I would kindly ask you to roll for initiative and explain a bit further how you imagine this situation plays out and how you see our actions fit in together with yours.
Round 2: Nothic (16 - attack), Rizo (15 - frees himself and stands up), Gorden (8 - dash and Giant's Might), Dorian (3 - dash action and run towards the fight), Gale (tbd, sorry, I didn't know how to put here what you said)

What do you mean by changing description? My character's story has stayed the same. Also, the Nothic will think that since I am relatively weak, if it kills me, it will be seen with more respect by other creatures. (so basically it is a socially challenged Nothic, looking for attention.)
(I didn't say you changed description, merely that I didn't understand how it fits in. I hope I sorted it out: So you run to the fight and stare the thing in the eye, because of which it casts Weird Insight at its turn.)
Round 2: Nothic (16 - attack), Rizo (15 - frees himself and stands up), Gorden (8 - dash and Giant's Might), Gale (7, dashing to the action and staring the Nothic in the eye), Dorian (3 - dash action and run towards the fight)
Round 3:Nothic (16 - Weird Insight on Gale), Rizo (15 - fire spirit), Gorden (8), Gale (7), Dorian (3)
Hello new adventures . Welcome to the game. We currently have a party in combat but will soon return to the village to resupply afterwards. Then our characters will meet and we can get into things.
Dorian sees this “eye thing” looking at Rizo and Gale with a weird hunger. He notes the creatures remark to Gale, Elemental? He is a bird. Stupid eye thing can’t see straight. With that Dorian calls upon his animalistic rage to defeat this new foe, but instead of his claws extending his mouth begins to elongate into a massive jaw. His teeth sharpen and grow until his face has more similarities with a wolf than a person. With that Dorian screams and charges towards the creature. He tries to bite the Nothic’s eye while scratching with his fingernails like a feral beast. Dorian attacks with little care for defence, almost like he wants the creature to try and hit him.
Reckless attack
Bonus action: RRRAAAAGGGGGGGE (Form of the beast, bite)
Two little eyes peek out from the bushes, a small rustling sound ensuing. SUddenly, out from the bushes, a small kobold clad in monastic robes emerges with a big smirt trailing across his toothy mouth.
"Mmh, this place seems to have everything I need, and...people?!"
Meepo yelps a small bit after seeing the group fighting a mischievous Nothic, inhaling a small bit.
@TommoBoi: Are you just a spectator, or do you plan to intervene? If yes, we need an initiative roll and know in which round you would show yourself. A word of caution, I don't think anyone of us is willing to share in our roll on the treasure table. Just now we have four rolls which is just one for each one of the four of us.
Summary and current Initiative (bold):
Round 3:Nothic (16 - Weird Insight on Gale), Rizo (15 - fire spirit), Gorden (8), Gale (7), Dorian (3 - Rage and Bite)
@cyreon: Yeah, I do plan to intervene. Here's my initiative: 11
The kobold would stare at a few of the adventurers, feeling quite embarrassed that he planned to thieve from a large group of adventurers, much stronger than him he supposed.
"Well... heh... I-I'll assist!"
He would continue taking his deep breaths, one of hs claws beginning to spark with a radiant humm.

Well, then I guess you go now. Keep in mind that if you do something against the party, Dorian might still change his turn, since he technically goes after you.
Summary and current Initiative (bold):
Round 3:Nothic (16 - Weird Insight on Gale), Rizo (15 - fire spirit), Meepo (11),Gorden (8), Gale (7), Dorian (3 - Rage and Bite)
The kobold would chant a rhythmic hymn in a strange language, taking a deep breath as his right hand became charge with energy. The grass and rubble on the ground began to ripple lightly as he aimed at the Nothic.
"Hamon!"
His joints would dislodge as he attempts to hit the Nothic with this enhanced range.
[Meepo will spend a Ki point to use his Zoom Punch feature, then use and unarmed strike as a bonus action.]
Attack: 10 Damage: 8

(Could you tell us or describe with a little bit more detail what happens when you use this feature? I guess for the unarmed attack you will move to melee, or does it have to do something with that feat that your next attack is ranged?)
(Ah, the feature adds an additional 10 feet of range for an unarmed strike. Here's the link to the subclass: Way of Sendo. Itś also in the recruitment thread as well.)
The Nothic surveys the increasing number of foes nervously, realising that it is surrounded. Are the magical secrets of this place worth dying for or should it try to run and wait for a better opportunity? But it is in doubt... After all, the adopted son of a goddess is here, too. Surely, there must be something powerful here.
Gordon will try to punch the creature, and then, if the attack hits, he will grapple. Attack: 10 Damage: 14 Grapple: 27

Gorden puts his weight into a heavy punch but the creature can deflect the it with a nimble block with its forearm. With his hand pushed to the side, away from the Nothic's body, Gorden is unable to get a hold. Gale in his fury invokes an ancient rite on his weapon and attacks with abandon. (@Gale You used two bonus actions, Crimson Rite and Two-weapon fighting. Let's say we go with the first. How about we let you use the critical hit next turn? If that is ok for you, just roll any additional damage.)
