Darby continues to stand bear the larger members of the group, doing his best to not look towards what he thought was a body. He will pay attention to the conversation the conversation being had with Sophek, reaching into his coat for his spellbook if a fight breaks out.
Ghathi, follows Sarya though for a moment he's uncertain about her sneakiness. He takes just a moment to consider whether to follow or not, and decides he will go with her to the shed and make an attempt at being stealthy. (Stealth: 4)
Sarya turns around and giggles at the goliaths attempt to sneak after her, motioning for him to stay back just a bit, ready to jump in when needed. She then waits in the shed for Sephek to come and meet her there, hoping to find somewhere to retreat if he should turn violent.
Dwalt nods but says little. he will scan his memory to try and recall any history of people claiming blessings from the Frostmaiden. History: 8
You've never met anyone born on the same holiday but you've heard the tale. It is a statement that can't be believed as a fact but you don't have a way to deny it.
After talking to Sephek he slept for a while no other customer came to Torga's shop and after a couple of hours she decided to pick up everything and call it a day. Sephek and the other humanoids helped to pack everything fed the dogs and push the sleds to a shed where Sephek claimed that he will stay there for a while, no one seemed to care and joined Torga to eat something and rest early.
Sephek is currently waiting near the shed where Sarya managed to stealth inside/near.
The rest of you could've spent the hours talking to the rest of Torga's team, Torga or the customers, walk around the town but there was pretty much nothing else to do or explore. You may ask questions that you would've made to Torga's workers but otherwise we can skip to how would you like to approach Sephek.
Ghathi would stay where he could see the shed at all times. If the opportunity came to speak with one of Torga's team, he would make general conversation about their work and travels. But he is mainly aiming to see where they had been recently and where they plan to head next.
Dwalt asks around. "We was shadowed by wolves on tha way in. Tha pelts would make fer good clothin' but they seemed pretty nervy about followin' us. Anyone else get followed coming in?"
(Sephek told Sarya that he would meet her in the sheds after securing the sleds but nevermind.)
After a while, realizing Sephek ís not about to come inside the shed to meet her, Sarya instead goes outside again, staying close to Ghathi now, ready to approach Sephek when the others seem ready for that.

I assumed you wanted to go inside without him noticing - if that was the idea he would eventually step inside the shed to wait for Sarya
If you wanted to go inside without torga's crew noticing but noticeable to sephek he would meet you as soon as he was done with his duties.
Darby continues to stick with the other members of the group, occasionally looking towards where he saw the body shaped object on the sled. "I think I have seen everything they have.

Since you were at least a couple of hours waiting for Torga to start packing everything up. You would've been able to at least visit the main hall of the town - let's remember that this town is even smaller than the previous one.
Those who where interested in getting more information related to the wolves would've been directed to speak with the town speaker: Edgra Durmoot. She confirmed that the wolves were involved in the dissapearence of two teenagers but firmly believes that they must been killed by now and won't offer any type of reward.
Torga's caravan also saw the wolves but didn't want to risk having a dog killed in the process of dealing with the animals, so they decided to ask around and ultimately learned that no one in the town was interested in dealing with them.
Assuming she figures out it could take a couple of hours unpacking the sleds Sarya would indeed have visited the main hall of the town, trying to get some warmth and a meal if possible. She would talk with those available there, also talking to the townspeaker Edgra Durmoot, choosing not to comment on the callousness of just giving up on those kids. She would definitely speak to others about those missing persons once they had dealt with Sephek Kaltro though.
As she gets back out she finds Sephek waiting by the shed. She checks around to make sure the others on her team is close by before approaching their suspect. "Thanks for meeting us Sephek. We are great admirers of your work, doing the Frostmaidens bidding by taking care of those trying to cheat our lady of her rightful sacrifice." She says with reverence and a slight bow. Deception: 18 (Rolled with advantage if Ghathi or anyone else supports her story in order to make Sephek confess to his alleged crimes, otherwise go with first roll.)
Grim agrees about potentially looking for the missing teenagers. "As a druid, I could always try to talk to the wolves. Wolves are not always the most pleasant sort to talk to, but they rarely seek out trouble with humans without good reason."

Sephek's eyes glow stronger and stare directly at Sarya ((Sepek's Insight check: 11))

"I wasn't born yesterday young lady...but you are brave, getting up close to one you suspect is a cold hearted killer, one blessed by Auril...to rely a message? or is that part also a lie?" - he tries to study the surroundings trying to make sure that he is not being surrounded but doesn't seem to do it with fear, just curiosity.
"So you admit to it then, being a cold-hearted killer in the service of the Frostmaiden?"Sarya says accusingly, slowly backing up towards Ghathi, glancing around to check that the others are ready.

"I'm making sure no one escape their fate and that the Frostmaiden's will is followed as it was determined by the own inhabitants of the ten-towns, I have no quarrel with outsiders...your moral predicaments can't take part here, now if there's no message, deal or anything that I can take from this discussion step aside and don't ever waste my time again." - His eyes glow ever brighter and makes no attempt to move towards the exit as if he is actually waiting for you to step aside.

Grim will follow whatever the majority of people decide. He's dexterous, but not exceptionally stealthy.
