Minty dashes (double with bonus action) up to one side of the chest in case it cannot be moved and it is locked he may be able to open it in time to save its contents.
(I post the round summary knowing that Lilgrea can still act this turn. We’ll go on to the next round as soon as we know what she’ll do. In fact, Lilgrea may do her two turns together, if she wishes. )
(Let’s keep the original map - but please ignore the positions there, you will find them in the text. Upper left corner is A-01 and we count letters to the right and numbers down, i.e. the chest is at K-01 and Cerdis started at K-10. I’ll be assuming your positions from your post, but feel free to correct me. )
As soon as the dragon fell and the first falling rocks gave substance to the fading magical aura of the lair, everyone in the party was acutely aware that any treasure within would be hopelessly buried if it cannot be salvaged before the collapse. And if anything, aren’t dragons known for their treasures?
Egan races into the cave (to L-07). Justin patches himself up as well as possible and, fresh out of spell slots, moves as close as he can get towards the chest (J-03). Minty races at inhuman speed (to J-01) and tries to rock the chest while looking for any locking mechanism. Rizo checked the dragon’s life signs disappointedly and notices confused the urgency of his comrades, then calling out to Lan: “Lan! Stay out, this is dangerous!”
Dust and small rocks continue raining down from the ceiling, ushering the party on. Occasionally, a larger section of the ceiling gets loose and falls crashing to the floor, so far no one was unlucky enough to get in between them and their final destination.
When you get closer to the chest you really see its dimensions, it’s a solid metal container some 5 feet cubed. Minty tried rocking the chest but it looks like he might as well have nudged the wall, there was no notable movement.
Minty notices the following - don't open the spoiler if you're not playing Minty unless you want to meta-game :)
Minty checked the lid and notices a massive lock, he may be able to pick it open but it is designed in a way that the locking mechanism will break if tried without success, and in case of breaking the lock it may be pried open but that would take time and considerable effort. Furthermore, Minty’s experience with locks suggest that for a lock this size it would be easy to implement a trapping mechanism. (Minty may spend one turn to find out how difficult the lock is and whether or not there is a trap and how difficult it would be to disarm.)
(
When you roll for damage from the ceiling you can use the following command at the end of your post by copy-paste and removing both bold% signs:
If you use this code line you only increment the '3' by 1 for each of your turns, now the number is correct for the following turn. It will look like this:

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Both, Minty and Lilgrea, eagerly check the chest for how it could be opened. Together they are fairly certain that it is trapped with an acid spray trap that launches should the lid be opened without properly disarming the trap after unlocking the chest. The place for the trap is rather large making it a fairly obvious trap but it may mean that its payload is correspondingly larger, too. It does not look likely that there would be any other layer of defence. Both also notices the large iron lock with two keyholes and Minty thinks that the lock does not look too hard to get by, whereas Lilgrea opines that it could be easily shattered by a carefully applied spell. The problem is the time available. With sufficient time, Minty can open the lock and, afterwards, disarm the obvious trap without problems. Within the time frame of a turn (one action for each, unlock and disarm), each would be a DC of 15. The total destruction of the lock with a spell would likely trigger the trap and the released acid could compromise some of its content, too. Someone with proficiency in tinker tools or thieves' tools may help and give advantage for unlocking and disarming. Someone without these proficiencies may give advantage but must succeed also on a DC 15 Sleight of Hand check or impose an increase of 5 (10 if critical fail) to the DC for whichever action was helped (advantage remains, though).
With this Minty and Lilgrea spent their action for this round (#2) but still have a bonus action, free object interaction and, Minty only, their movement should they wish to use those (no need to roll again for the ceiling collapse for you two if you do something else this turn). I'd say speaking and arguing will be free actions as many as you wish.

@Lilgrea: You're getting ahead of yourself, you already investigated this turn with your action. I'll assume you'll cast guidance in your next turn just in time to help Minty when he will, presumingly, try to unlock the chest. Now you also did your ceiling check already for the next turn.
@Justin: Best you can... I'll give you this:
Glancing at Minty's feeble stature, Justin believes that maybe someone stronger, someone like him might be able to move the container. He leans a against the box and stems with all his force against it and ... it ...
almost moves. You think you might be able to move it by pushing it forward if you had help by someone as strong as you. Or by several weaker. (If you manage to push 1000lb - you can check your pushing limits in your char sheet under the inventory tab - in between three of you (more would be impractical), you can move it 5 feet per turn.)
You check the floor towards the cave exit and it slopes very slightly down and is fairly flat. You might be able to push it out all the way unless some larger debris blocks the way at some point.
Lilgrea and Egan, please, do an investigation check (for free).
We only miss Egan's action.
Rizo casts Cure wounds for 18 HP on himself and walks 30 feet over to the group, worrying about the fallen rocks, "I think we should get out of here."

(You can speak freely and as much as you want. I believe Justin and Rizo (powerful build) could move it together, or either of them with both Egan and Lilgrea. I'd say moving it 5 feet will be costing the object interaction and full basic movement. Using a dash action in addition will require also an athletics check (fail causes exhaustion) DC 5 + 5 for every consecutive try, -5 for a turn of full rest (i.e. no pushing at all). Though, moving it at the same time as unlocking it will impose disadvantage on the delicate job of unlocking.)

With this we are now in the third round. (remember to post on the end of first post: Ceiling collapse [%roll]1d100[/roll], Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1], <4, 1d6, 0))[/roll%] Egan and Lilgrea have done this already for round three.)
So far we have these turns:
Lilgrea casts guidance on Minty.
Egan and Justin move the chest 5 feet (unless they reconsider)
Minty tries to unlock the chest (unless he reconsiders)
Egan and Justin prepare to move the chest by combining their force. The first inch of movement ripped the lock right out of Minty's delicate hand, while Lilgrea infused Minty with a glimpse of the insight of her patron.
Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
When Justin and Egan started to set out to move the chest, Lilgrea peeked above the chest looking for the route the chest is about to go. The ground is generally flat, with a few tiny steps downwards, so she judges quickly that this should work. However, it does not fail to come to her attention that the falling rocks might cause problems if they would get lodged into the few small crevasses they could cause significant delays. Perhaps someone or something could be employed to ensure that the way remains clear. Contemplating how something so large could be moved more efficiently, she remembers that anything that rolls can greatly help to move heavy cargo much more easily or something slippery. Of course it would need to be robust, perhaps made of metal, or ice or grease to slide it upon?
Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Minty decides that trying to open a moving target is not only difficult but puts everyone in danger if the trap is sprung. "It looks like the plan is to move the chest to safety and then try to open it. The other option would be for everyone to get clear of the chest, I could try to open it and hope that what is inside is easier to transport than the chest itself. That said, if the plan is to get the chest to out of the cave before dealing with it, I should probably meet you outside, because there is little I can do here to help."
Egan had been racking his brain this whole time for spells that would help and come up with nothing.
He looks around at the others. "If anyone's got some magic that can help, now's the time. Otherwise, we're hefting this chest out of here the hard way."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rizo chimes, "Perhaps we should give Minty a chance, if he succeeds it may be the fastest solution. If not we can still try to push it out with only little time lost. As for spells, as Lilgrea reasoned frozen water can make it easier to move the chest, I could move some of the water from nearby pools onto the way and then freeze it to ease the effort but it'll take some time and only affect a small surface each time." To Egan he replies, "Didn't you tell me of a hand of magical force that follows your will? That might be useful to clean the path from debris."
[Essentially, he needs two turns, first to move the water and then to freeze it. There are few spots where that is possible and each time it only will affect 5 feet of the way, which will allow the push to move twice as fast at those spots, effectively shortening the distance by 15 feet for a 6 turn investment.]
With this Rizo gets to work and uses Shape Water to move some water out of a pool onto the likely path of the chest (action moving water from J6 to K5).
