Deekin launches a bullet into the second swarm of rats, followed by Maythus smashing his flail down into the group, causing the few remaining animals to follow their brethren and fleeing out the grate.
(Combat finished. That was easy enough. Helps when the monsters roll a 4 for initiative :P)
The group walks the final few steps to reach the grate to the stream. The lock is rusted and corroded from years of neglect and exposure.
Deekin fiddles with the lock momentarily and it pops right open. As you start to walk out of the tunnel, you spot a group of raiders moving up the stream in your general direction. They haven't spotted you.
(Unlike Silent Image, minor illusion says nothing about benig able to move whatever illusion is created, it's just a static image. Not so useful for a disguise, unless you're a stationary guard perhaps)

Ok I will just use the 23 to sneak up and around the group (using a farley wide arc) to attack the one in the rear with the net
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dawn sneaks out of the tunnel and makes his way around the group, then throws his net at one of the humans in the rear.
(Give me an attack roll for the net. Are you getting all the way into melee to throw it or staying back some? Normal attack at melee range, or can be up to 15 feet away, but with disadvantage)
(There are 2 humansin the back of the group, 6 kobolds in front of them. Traveling loosely in 3 rows, so 3 kobolds, 3 more kobolds, then the cultists. Since they didn't spot you guys until Dawn throws his net, you all get a surprise round. The net is Dawn's turn for that. Then roll initiative. Raiders initiative: 16)
(Front row o fkobolds is about 20 feet away from the entrance to the tunnel)
(Actually yes you do. So if you close all the way within 5 feet you'd attack with advantage. From 10-15 feet away since it's long range for the net, the advantage and disadvantage cancel out for a normal roll)

(It would have been awesome if you guys could wait for me to resolve the illusion to maybe drive off the group so we could avoid this fight but whatever...)
Initiative: 20
Pops will cause an illusory box of dust to surround Dawn using Minor Illusion. Dolomite Jones will fly over to the hostiles and Help Rockcrusher with his next attack.

(Unlocking it will require a dex check)
Deekin picks up another rat and ties it to his belt. He intends to actually cook this one when he gets the time.
"Let me see if I can get this lock working with my nimble fingers." squawks Deekin.
