LAIR ACTION
Seeing the damage Graxx is dishing out, Rythnax commands the ambient fog to get particularly thick around the barbarian. The fog swirls up, surrounds Graxx, and becomes so dense that the human warrior cannot see anything around him, not even the one lizardfolk warrior still engaged in melee combat with him. Graxx's enhanced vision does not help him at all in this circumstance.
-> Graxx and one Armed Lizardfolk are enveloped in magical darkness. It works essentially the same as the Darkness spell, with minor differences.
The Lizardfolk trapped in darkness with Graxx attacks his opponent's last know location. Another Lizardfolk approaches his unarmed companion and tries to free it from the winged cat. (Advantages and disadvantages from attacking Graxx cancel each other):
-> Spiked Shield vs. Graxx(Reckless Attack): Attack: 6 Damage: 8
-> Heavy Club vs. Graxx(Reckless Attack): Attack: 20 Damage: 6

Graxx cannot see where it came from, but a swing of a heavy club manages to his his thigh. (Graxx takes 3 bludgeoning damage, already halved.)
Sourpuss is whacked and perforated, but remains aloft thanks to Obsben's lingering gift. (Sourpuss takes 11 piercing and bludgeoning damage.)
The two lizardfolk warriors next to Obsben push her limp body with their feet as to confirm that she is not moving. They drop their clubs in favor of a javelin each, and pick their next target:
Neya continues her assault on the lizardfolk surrounding Obby's unconscious form. She aims to finish off the one that she injured prior, and if it goes down, to the other.
Neya pulls two more arrows from one of her many quivers and aims one of them at the same target she had identified earlier. This first arrow sinks deeply into the injured lizardfolk warrior's chest, bursting into a spray of acid. The other warrior nearby can't avoid it. (Armed Lizardfolk#4 takes 16 magical piercing and acid damage and is DEFEATED; Armed Lizardfolk#1 takes 6 acid damage.)
The eldritch fighter's second arrow also finds its mark, that is, the recently sprayed enemy. This arrow hits the warrior's forearm, also leaving behind an acidic smell. (Armed Lizardfolk#1 takes 8 magical piercing and acid damage.)
(Utar's turn is still up. He has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.)

(@MB: To be clear, as communicated in the OOC Chat, Utar is performing a search action to determine if he can see Obsben to target her with the Healing Word spell, given that she is underwater and the area is generally foggy. Your perception roll was a 23. This also means he is not casting Sacred Flame.)
Looking toward the southeast while moving ever closer {AX-48}, Utar thinks he identifies the spellcaster responsible for his hot chest. Before he can do anything about, he also spotsObsben underwater, in desperate need of assistance. The Tormite prepares for another burn as he decides to heal his fallen companion instead. (Obsben recovers 6 HP and is no longer unconscious and incapacitated, but remains prone underwater for now.)
Rythnax does not like that one bit. The dragon flies low (10ft from the ground at {AV-45,AW-46}) and spits another burst of his acid spew.
DEX saving throw {DC 14} or take 48 acid damage (half on a success):

Utar's wide frame catches most of the flying acid, but some of it still finds its way to Neya. Despite her best efforts, the monk is still caught in the splash. (Utar takes 48 acid damage, Neya takes 24 acid damage.)
-> Neya's concentration check {DC 12}: 21 (14) -> On a fail, concentration on Pass Without Trace drops.
Rythnax then ascend to an altitude of 50ft {AQ-50,AR-51}.
(Obsben and Graxx are up next. At the start of her turn, Obsben begins to suffocate since her CON modifier is +1 and she has already spent a full turn underwater. This means she needs to roll a DEATH saving throw. Meanwhile, Graxx is effectively blinded by the fog but remembers being in melee with at least one more lizardfolk.)
In the brief moment Obsben has of consciousness before the world dark again, she reaches out to Sourpuss with but one name in mind. So it was that Sourpuss took on a more defensive flight patterns before jetting off after Elison, determined to at least follow the rogue scribe to wherever he may run off.
Obsben wakes up to a nightmare. She is underwater without any air to breath. Despite of how shallow the swampy pool is, the halfling does not have enough time to find the strength to pull herself up. It is too late, her eyes are already closing again. (Obsben drops to 0 HP andfails 1 DEATH saving throw.)
Her moment of lucidity is not completely wasted. Sourpuss gets a brief mental message and understands his new mission. Being careful as he departs, the familiar flies toward Ellison.
The two nearby lizardfolk take opportunistic swipes at the winged feline creature.

Sourpuss flies away with a new puncture wound on his haunch. (Sourpuss takes 4 piercing damage.)
In the meantime, Graxx swings his axe wildly within the fog bubble. He finds resistance in response to both of his whirling swings. (Armed Lizardfolk#5 takes 24 magical slashing and radiant damage.)
Not wanting to remain in the fog for much longer, Graxx picks a random direction and takes wide strides. A few steps later, he emerges just east of the thickest portion of the fog, immediately outside the nearby cave entrance {AT-39}. (Recall that north in this map is pointing down and a bit to the left.) From this spot, Graxx can only see Ellison, Sourpuss, and Rythnax. Line of sight to everyone else is obstructed by the fog sphere.
The unarmed Lizardfolk then resume their assault on CRAP. One of them burns Utar some some more and adds insult to injury by launching a small sphere of flame at him as well.
-> Heated breastplate damage: 21
-> [Tooltip Not Found] vs. Utar: Attack: 17 Damage: 5
The other spellcaster summons a giant snake onto the battlefield, which strategically appears between Neya and Graxx. The overgrown reeds behind Neya wither and dissipate.
Utar feels the burn on his chest start to bubble up. On a brighter note, the fiery projectile hits his heated breastplate, adding absolutely nothing in terms of actual injuries to an already flame-lit half-orc. (Utar takes 21 fire damage and continues to have disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.)

NOTE: Gray circle represents area with thickest fog (works mostly like Darkness). The entire area is lightly obscured by a constant layer of fog, so search actions and associated skill checks are rolled with disadvantage. HPs listed above include Aid and Inspiring Leader bonuses, as per this post. I also changed the HP syntax to (currentHP/maxHP+TempHP).

The cloud of swarming insets reconvenes once more, their new targets being Utar and Neya. The nearby snake can't avoid some of the bites.

The Lizardfolk exists the fog bubble on its north edge. Failing to spot Graxx, it moves along the edge of the fog sphere and spots Utar and Neya. He sees two other Lizardfolk closing in on the half-orc and joins the fray with a javelin:
Utar is hurt but that does not mean he has forgotten his training. Using his shield to block most of the close-quarters attacks and letting his armor take care of the rest, the Tormite avoids all five of these most recent attempts at his life.
