The strike from Zane causes more rubble to fall as the statue continues its path towards the eastern doors. It burst through and as it does, a swarm of bats comes screeching through the doorway. "Reeeeeeeeeee" the howling sound stings your ears for a moment before you regain focus.
Zane sighs at all the sudden sounds and angry-stage-whispers at the statue, "from dust to dust you shall be", casting vicious mockery for 4 damage (15 WIS save).
He also moves around the bats on the south side to be closer to the door. He won't fully make it, but stop 10 feet away from the statue.
"We need to end this," Rel grimaces and whispers. Another black beam of energy flows from her fingertips.
Option A. IF Zane's words finished off the fleeing Statue, then she backs off west five feet and south ten feet, lining up a direct southwest to northeast shot on the Swarm of Bats. Pushing them northeast ten feet on a hit.
Option B. OR IF the fleeing Statue is still standing, then she charges after them towards the door where they are fleeing. Five feet northeast and twenty-five feet east, shooting through the doorway but not pushing the Statue on a hit.
RelEldritch Blast to hit: 17 RelEldritch Blast damage: 14 Repelling Blast: pushes the Swarm of Bats ten feet northeast OR does not push the Statue, depending on target as described above.
With a quick flick of his hand, Tex instructs Lizzy to pursue the statue now and attack after him. Tex follows closely behind avoiding, as his trusted defender, to enter the reach of the bats. As soon as Lizzy is near the statue, he hurls his spear at it, or at the bats should the statue have fallen.
Lizzy moves SE, E, NE until she stands W of the statue in the door. Then she waits for Tex to attack and either attacks the statue herself or moves to the bats to attack them. A 24 for 4 force damage
Tex moves SSE just S of the bats, then attacks the statue, or if disintegrated, the bats. A 16 (pack tactics for statue not bats A 22) for 11 magical piercing damage.
(In this turn I’m assuming I can mix Tex’ and Lizzy’s turns. Let me know if I should handle it differently.)

Zane's words cause a shattering effect to the head of the statue, breaking apart more pebbles. Relblasts another energy beam at the statue, colliding with it causing a large chuck of its torso to break apart. Lizzyrushes in and swipes once more, hitting the stone and crumbling even more of it until very little remains. Texthrows his spear, breaking what is left of it apart as it now sits as a pile of rubble in the doorway.
Lana breathed out a sigh of relief - her mistake was lying on the floor in pieces. Yet, it alerted a new enemy... Lana ran forward, moving the target mark over the swarm of tiny creatures. They were too fast to hope properly pin a few down, but she had no choice.
As Lana'scrossbow bolt cuts through the bat swarm, it seems to have a smaller effect than she had hoped though several of the bats still fall to the floor dead. Another fire bolt explodes in the swarm, causing an ear piercing screech from the remaining bats in the swarm. Several more fall from the air. The remaining bats then surge towards Tex, attacking the smallest closest target several of them attempt to bite but they find your hard armor tough to pierce.
Lanato hit: 15 hits for 10 piercing halved to 5 for resistance and 2 psychic damage
Tex and Lizzy go after the bat swarm and attack in unison.
Liz: to-hit 11 for 6 force damage Tex: to-hit 22 for 6 magical piercing damage

Lana lowered her crossbow, walked closer to the swarm, carefully stepping around the stone debris, and picked up one dead bat. "Kind of cute but nasty."She dropped the bat and looked at others apologetically. "Not my day. I will be more careful next time. Where to now?"
Tex stares a moment longer at the fallen bats just to make sure they don’t just fake it and then fall in their backs! Vicious little beasts, these bats! Then he turns and finally takes a good look over the entire room. “This house is full of magic,” he says, “In the previous room, the painting appears to be magically trapped but we couldn’t figure it out for sure. Now these statues. I think we need to proceed with caution. Let me re-cast detect magic to reduce risks.” He proceeds to cast it as a ritual as they might be needing it a lot more often than what he could cast it normally.

Bellamy is also curious where the statue was planning to go. He follows Zane and open the eastern doors wide so he can get a good look of the next room.
Tex, begins taking time to ritually cast Detect Magic, while he does this, Zane and Bellamy peer through the eastern doors into a long hallway with a long rug running down it. There is a door almost immediately to your right as you look in that is closed heading south. There is a second door further down the hall that leads north. With your passive perception scores, you can see some light peeking through the underside of the far northern door.

After completing your detect magic spell, looking about the room a bit, you can see the remaining statues have a magical aura of the transmutation school. It is safe to assume that these statues have the same enchantment as the others you just fought, nothing has triggered them to react to you yet.
“These statues might wake any moment, too, they are infused with transmutation magic,”Tex speaks in a hushed tone to the others. “We should disable them, just in case.” Tex walks over to Zane and Lana and glances over the next room.

At Tex's suggestion, she asks uncertainly, "disable them how? By destroying them? Slicing way their weapons? Don't want to activate them by mistake."
