Tyris moves 30 feet and somehow sights a hobgoblin through the open secret door. He shoots at the hobgoblin, and the arrow pierces it's head. The hobgoblin (H4) sinks to the ground in front of the southern door dead.

Both Alben's firebolt and Shadow's arrow misses the hobgoblin.
Fellian makes a perception check to see in the northern hobgoblins and friendly 12, deciding they are he pops around the statue and fires his Shortbow at the remaining hobgoblin (H3) Attack: 12 Damage: 3, but misses due to the smoke in the air. He then darts back around the statue to provide cover.
H3 moves to attack Oreus (Oreus gets an opportunity attack due to his feat) with his Longsword Attack: 17 Damage: 8. Surprised by Oreus attack he drops his Longsword.
Oreus is able to kill the hobgoblin before it could attack him
I'm going to keep you in initiative at least until this round is finished, maybe one or two rounds after that, to see what you do with the 2 charmed Hobgoblins
Tyris moves to the doorway to see the rest of the room. Seeing two more hobgoblins to the north, he starts to raise his bow again for another shot, but notices they don't seem to be attacking the group and hesitates while he tries to grasp the situation.

Rellahne had heard, and possibly seen, Shadow casting a charming spell, so once the two that were clearly more aggressive were down, she turns to look at the remaining two and gauge at how necessary it was to act.
For Ollie's action, the owl is simply commanded to come back to Rellahne and give back the potion. The result of the quick dispatching of the two hobgoblins meant backing off of the original idea.
